oh well I did start playing WT for a year now (stopped there and there but got thru).
I used to play WoT and got to the Tiget I, but then stopped playing and switched to WT, and I kinda have the soviet tanks but its only rank II and I'm rn going for the German tanks and planes.
For the Tanks I have the Rank II and rn using the Panzer IV F2 and unlocking the Tiger H1 (inb4 overhyped tank) and for the planes its Rank II and I'm going for the bf109-F2
Also, if you wanna play just tell me your steam.

Don't get used to bad habits when playing the Pz IV F2, it's borderline OP and later german tanks including Tiger are more down to earth so it might come back to haunt you

WoT gameplay was very arcade, there was no really crew kills and tanks had HP so it was not fair all you needed to do is have a tank that is higher rating then the enemy to kill them.
And if you tracks got hit and destroyed you dont even need parts you could simply just wait a bit and they will be repaired same goes for anything else that gets damaged.
For example in WT you could kill a tank that is for example 3.7BR (M4 Sherman) with your 1.3BR (Sd.Kfz.221) well you could try to and you will succeed, but in WoT you wont be able to because the Sd.Kfz.221 is a low BR.
