>be from UK
>dont have to pay off dept if i dont earn over 21000
>even then they only take 9% of my wage
>basically free education

>studying worthwhile degree with 50k starting
>daddy paying all my fees so no debt
>quality gym facilities at a massively discounted price (which dad pays for anyways)

How does that work? Do you get a certain amount of money per month? Until when?

Im post grad so I'll probably be in private accommodation. Are you a member of any societies?

Going into second year studying Literature and Philosophy, so many cute art hoes, yourself?

Enjoying the course, didn’t enjoy my accommodation first year too much due to an over-abundance of foreign students making finding friends a little harder. Ended up making a lot more course-mates though, so all balanced out in the end.

>not avoiding debt by getting a scholarship
Brainlet

I know for a fact that the combined autism of this school means there are plenty of us on here
I also saw some little faggot wearing a camo floppy hat with a "Jow Forums - a magical place" patch on his backpack walking around the other day, he looked like a 14 year old boy scout

>making six figures within four years of graduating

Plebe

I was at Ryerson for a while, finishing my master's there now and then going to Western in the fall for PhD.

I'm and I grew up in Kennesaw. It's weird to see how much KSU has exploded in size and money over the past ten years or so.
Do you ever go to the Marietta campus? I had an internship there my senior year of high school in the last semester before you guys bought it out when it was still SPSU, and that was a fucking miserable place.

Deusto, Bilbao, Spain
Any fag goint there?

Won't get a scholarship in the UK if you are white. Even then the best you can get is a couple of bursaries amounting to around 1/3 the cost of the degree (never mind the living costs)

If you live in Georgia, go to a Georgia public school, and get good grades, you literally never have to pay tuition for a four year degree.

Attached: hope.jpg (575x318, 25K)

>four years
Easily doable right out of school if you go to a tech hub. But the cost of living will be higher, so it evens it out

wheres my BAHStan bros at

Attached: 2000px-Boston_University_Wordmark.png (2000x930, 85K)

got decent bursary offers from plymouth for being a nationally competitive powerlifter

Oh boy a self doxing thread

Nice try bois

there is no way any of these posts could be linked to individuals

Jokes on you my parents aren’t degenerates and saves for my education omega lol

i dropped out of art school after the first semester, been working, saved up 15k, joining the military and will get my degree while in service.

Just keep paying tax for our free uni, Paki

Inb4 I'm the one gym retard there

Classes start in 3 weeks. I have a home gym though

Attached: file.png (1200x1200, 301K)

Ay up, I'm starting this year. I'm from newcastle-under-lyme. What about you two?

second year at keele, first year on maths (had to do fy because Im a 23yo boomer). from warwick

im starting a masters this autumn at the age of 32, looking forward to it but im thinking ill put my head down and work rather than join in with uni life at all

cool man, I'm set to study psychology. I've got a home gym set up so probably won't bother with the gym at keele. What do you think of stoke?

Asked once before and asking again any oxford students. I'm the asain guy in PureGym at 1am every day but Tuesday

kek

literally transfered out of my previous college for this reason. fuck big cities.

Attached: essex-uni.jpg (2252x817, 88K)

something funny white boi?

University of Toronto St. George checking in

any hamburg bros?

Attached: hsba.jpg (1200x628, 109K)

yes warwick is the fucking dryest uni in the entire country lol

leamington spa absolutely buzzing on a saturday night i hear

everyone should do it once in their life and college is as good a time as any

>not living in a country with generous study grants and coasting semester to semester on grants while living /frugal/

you would unironically make more money in a smaller city with a smaller paycheque or just getting a trades job in buttfuck nowhere. have fun barely being able to afford a 2 bedroom apartment let alone saving up for a house.

im doing computer science and music technology. im a 20 year old boomer though. failed engineering at york in 2017

sick degree mill university brah

im from round chell

But I was born in Toronto and lived here my whole life. Fuck your small town nonsense.

Nope, just a member of the hockey club.
2nd year also, doing history. Any sports/ societies?

not him, but everyone shits on it. their accurate about someplaces. stoke is best for the nature i think. most of the old coal mines got made into nature reserves, theres an old victorian bottenist garden in biddulf with plants from all over the world and the peak district is pretty close too.

have fun living in the least canadian city in Canada, then, I guess. 6 fig salaries for CS aren't very common in Canada, by the by, and the living expenses are comparable to bay area in some cases like Hongcouver.

RIP Serf

What do you think of it there? I go down there now and again to visit me auntie now again and it looks a bit ropey. Then again I saw a man get stabbed down there when I were 8 or 9 so I guess that's left a bad impression on me

It's getting better I think. But people'll still see it as somewhere bad. If you google stoke on trent news all it shows up is police business cause that's what people want.

rarely go into stoke, seems a bit shit. eddie halls gym is in stoke tho, like to train there if I has a car

Im the guy he asked. ddint know about any nature shit, but I mainly just stay on campus tbf. peak district is far is you dont have a car

About to start a Masters at Durham
Wew lad I just finished my Bachelors there, shame we'll miss eachother
Campus gym's full of juicehead powerlifters and complete dyels, almost nothing inbetween

>YOU KNOW LIVING IN A CITY IS QUITE EXPENSIVE YOU COULD GET A MUCH BIGGER PLACE OUT HERE
Nobody has ever been confused about this but flyovers feel the need to repeat it any time somebody talks about living in civilization

Dawg

t. packed in like a rat

anyone else here at W&M?

Coping with this complete lack of debt and money from my job that I got without a degree.
>I'll just go to uni and then earn shit money for the rest of my life
Just stay at home in your parents basement, it's cheaper
>50k starting for a graduate
lmao
Look forward to spending your family's wealth like 90% of rich families, because the kids are retarded and don't know how to deal with money. Shame uni won't help with that.
>scholarship
I'm not a nigger
You could have made that within 4 years of your first job without the degree or the debt. Because it turns out there's an enourmous skills deficit in that sector, and a CS degree doesn't actually teach you any marketable skills. You still have to learn programming on your own
>t. software engineer with no degree
>saving up money to send your child to a modern university
You could have bought a house with a home gym instead you retard
>full ride
>actively choosing to be a child until your mid 20s
Not gonna make it
>a country with generous study grants
Personal debt or national debt, you'll end up paying either way.

Another wasted generation that could have been out working and gaining actual skills and life experience instead of mortgaging their futures with debt and useless credentials... But at least you get access to a gym lmao
