How do "hard gainer" skeletons exist?

Even if you are skinny and hate eating, why don't you simply drink a bunch of protein shakes to quickly get your calories in?

They don't exist, they're just retards who dont track their calories and think they're eating a lot when in reality they get maybe 800 calories per day.

this, literally every "hard gainer" ive ever encountered is like "bro I eat so much like seriously like yesterday I ate this and that and this and this" then I see them eat and they eat like 20% of whatever meal they have or they just straight up eat like one decent meal a day.

Hard gainer is another word for pussy. They have the opposite problem of fatties but the same amount of motivation and common sense - none.

I am one of these people, but I have managed to go from 150 to 190 during the last years. It is not that I think I eat a lot, my body just absolutely fucking hates it. Like every single calorie above 2500 makes me feel sick. Takes a lot of willpower to get past it, I thought it would get easier but apparently it doesnt for some reason

i eat 3 meals a day, breakfast, midday meal, and meal before going to sleep. is this bad? how much am i supposed to eat?

Forgot to add, but I think most people with fast metabolism have the same reaction. When I was a fit retarded novice 3-4 years ago I believed in the metabolism thingy until I realized it was just my body trying to cuck my gains

I feel like hard gaining is a thing though. My day usually consists of two breakfast sandwiches, a 1k calorie shake, three peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and then whatever I have for dinner (generally something like a whole pizza) and I still can't seem to gain.

Only way to get enough calories in. No point in eating healthy foods if they have no calories. So long as I'm hitting protein marks, I don't care what else I eat to try and hit calories.

I used to be a hard gainer until I hit 30 years old. There were many reasons for this, but all of them were my fault.

I didn't track my calorie intake. I couldn't make myself eat much or chug protein shakes without throwing up. I didn't eat regularly. I didn't sleep 8 hours a day. I didn't do 5x5 sets where I lifted heavy - I did a lot of cardio and didn't really have a program to follow.

In addition to this I went to the gym sporadically, so..

All of these things contributed to me having a real hard time putting on muscle.. Oh, and I was impatient in terms of getting results. I didn't realize that it would take years to build muscle and not months.

I have no problem eating or gaining raw weight but I would argue that I am a hard gainer due to my physical size. I'm a definition lanklet I'm 6"2 in height but my arms are 6"8 in length. Surr I can eat lile hell and gain 10lbs straight to my gut but getting any noticeable size increase in my arms is damn near impossible. Compared to some manlet with 5"10 arms, it's just a reality I'm going to have to work harder to notice a difference because the overall length of my muscles is so much greater.

I eat breakfast, fruit+ yoghurt+ sandwich, lunch, potatoes,ham,eggs, then fruit+yoghurt+sandwich again, then i eat big meal like chicken,rise,vegetable, then I eat fruit yogurt and sandwich again, then I eat a big meal before sleep, rice,hotdogs,vegetable and beans. how the fuck am I not gaining weight? There is no way its normal being even a little buff if this much daily intake is not causing gains? Nobody in the medieval times could have been buff as u acutally have to eat to survive and save and shit. wtf is this. Ur all gluttonous as fuck sick in the head

Did the math on it all, closer to 4k or 4.5k although a shit ton of the calories come from the 8tbsp of peanut butter and 2tbsp olive oil I take in throughout the day

Track your energy intake. It doesn't matter what the fuck you're eating, if you're not tracking the energy, be it in Kilojoules or Calories then you don't know if you're eating enough for just maintenance or enough to bulk. Seriously, just make a fucking note on your phone and keep eating until you've hit your goal energy.
