I've been mentally fucked ever since. I have to wear baggy pants and very long shirts that go past my ass cheeks. Before anyone asks. Yes I am a fatty. I used to be just slightly chubby though like 15% body fat and even then the disproportion was real. To give you an idea how bad it is here's my current measurements:
Waist: 42"
Hips: 51"
W:H Ratio = 0.82~
And it's almost all thanks to my enormous ass. Although I do have a lot of fat deposits in my hips and thighs too which definitely impacts it. I am currently losing weight and I swear to god if I get down to like 10% body fat and STILL have this fucking ass and terrible waist hip ratio I am going to an hero.

You probably do a lot of low bar squats. My ass shrunk nicely when I switched to front squats. Jock straps are handy too for gymwear. Just don't wear too tight of shorts with them because the plump up your package.
