This is objectively wrong. Dried fruit is just fruit that has been dried. So if that has high calories, so does regular fruit.

I've gone from skinny fat to skelly and frankly I don't think there's a solution to that constant hunger. I think it's psychological more than physiological. I have tried every eating variation there is- whole scale diet changes like Keto, or memes like eating fruit/veg to fill you up (I could probably eat 2000 calories of bananas in one sitting if I tried... And still have room for more). The only solution is to cope with the hunger pain
