A lot of his advice is good, but he has to make like two videos a week so it's a lot of clickbait and unnecessary fluff.
There's not THAT much left to say about lifting on youtube. People have been making the same 500 videos about retracting your shoulders while benching for the last 10 years, omarisuf makes like 20 videos a year on that. At this point you gotta make up random cable exercises for this one specific purpose, and Jeff still has the viewership to sustain it.

Fair analogy, but the point still stands. The guy has a great physique, is genuine about wanting to help people and I find it hard to believe that he is "just lucky" with genetics to look the way he does.
There's no reason to put people down when they obviously have reached a level of success with the way they live their lives. It comes off as jealousy and cringe.

Best fitness advice I have ever experienced. I am 34 years old and I wish he was around 20 years ago when I started working out because he has great knowledge about how to perform exercises with correct form and which exercises are straight up bad for you.

I know a lot of people on here might think he's shit but being around physical therapists, massage therapists, personal trainers etc. has taught me to listen to this guy because of how much knowledge he has.

I just don't know very much about his nutrition because I am of the school of thought that nutrition is a personalized variable that each individual has to tackle using their own experience: listen to what your body is telling you when you eat food.
