More than the minimum amount.
on average 20-30 hard sets per week. Small body parts like rear delts get ~10-15reps, big body parts like chest get ~6-8reps. YMMV

sarcoplasmic hypertrophy, which focuses more on increased muscle glycogen storage; and myofibrillar hypertrophy, which focuses more on increased myofibril size.
Sarcoplasmic is achieved by more volume myofibrillar is achieved by more weight
I'm kinda skeptical about this distinction being meaningful
REMINDER: there is no actual proof that sarcoplasmic hypertrophy occurs in HUMANS, only myofibrillar (the only type that matters anyway)
