I'm not sure that logic works. But it depends on the kinks. For example if I say that I love facesitting and pegging I would think that actually gives you MORE control. You can utilize that information, you can tease them with it, reward them without, etc.

Sure some might be trying to get what they want and if they make specific requests that's a different scenario altogether. But just letting you know what they're into could even be taken as a form of submitting, as long as in the end they let you take charge.
