Eternal Skelly user checking in, I've went from 133 to 140.2 in just 2 months, the 3000 calorie diet isn't a meme my fellow skellies
3000 calories
20-40 minute cardio 5 days a week
Calisthenics everyday
Medium and heavy weight dumbell exercises,
Bodyweight exercises, that's it
Eternal Skelly user checking in, I've went from 133 to 140.2 in just 2 months...
>that 140lb boomer who gives advice
Yeah but are you muscular now or just fat
Pretty in-between, I'm not trying to have visible abs or anything, only concerned with escaping skelly mode
>flexing this hard
I was barely even flexing in this picture, begone
>3000 calorie diet
So...a normal amount of food? Try doing 5000 a day then you'll really start to see those gains come in. Oh and stop with the calisthenics crap and just pick up a barbell already.
Not bad user
Well, how much do you weigh? My usual amount is 1500 - 1800 to maintain, so 3000 is busting my guts daily. One day though
6'5, 240lbs. Maybe my TDEE is a little higher than the average, but the sentiment still stands.
>140.2 kg
>skelly
THIS IS AMERICA
>tfw you maintain skeletor-mode at over 3000kcal
>eating a lot of food to gain weight isn't a meme
Thanks for the info, captain obvious.
Clearly says pounds you faggot
How tall are you though?
You already left skelly mode you dysmorphic fuck
Either you run 100km a day or you're lying
>cardio while bulking
>taking the bait
>Dying of heart disease
I'm 6 ft, so you can probably understand why I still feel pretty spooky boney at 140lbs
Like said, I gotta stay healthy
>barely even flexing
lololol, so lets see you flexing then.
you would have a much easier time adding on weight (if that is your goal) if you actually did barbell lifts.
I'm not getting up to take photos for you, the fact that you don't believe me is irrelevant. I guess my gains are showing if you really think that looks flexed
>adds 7lbs of weight
>looks like my gains are showing
i know you are trolling. Thanks for that laugh
Your legs are probably chopsticks thats why. Quads + Hams weighs a lot.
you got a long way to go
I ate 4-6k a day at 6'1 and lifted 4-5 times a week and went from 150 to 190 in a year and a half
What's your calisthenic routine?
test
3000 calories is much higher than average. The normal person eats 2000 a day. Telling someone that weighs 140lbs to bulk on 5k calories is ridiculous when his TDEE is probably less than 2000.
or he is a teenager
first impression, you look like a fish.
>reverse google image search
>brings up fish
LMAO
>6 ft
>140 lbs
You havent left skelly bro. Get to at LEAST 160
I'd ease up on the calisthenics/bodyweight and replace them with some fun /out/ shit.
No u
Goals
That's pretty funny, it doesn't help that I'm pale as bone
My target is 170, and then cut to 165-160ish. We're all gonna make it someday
What exactly is the point of intentionally gaining weight again?
found the guy who doesn't lift
What are your stats? Bench/squat/deadlift
