94kg / 207lbs in that photo, it was taken at the start of June. I weighed 99kgs in march and wanted to try dieting. Pic related is 91kgs, now getting back on the heavy calorie surplus is pretty difficult. 93kgs atm.

Well in my opinion deadlift was a really great when I started lifting, but once you have gained the foundation you dont really need it anymore since there are so many back movements that you can replace it with. Also I like training my back diversely so that hasnt really bothered me.
I shit you not, after I stopped squatting my legs grew a bit cause i could focus more on other leg movements. I struggled squatting 80kg 4x8 because my other leg did more work than the other and it also caused lasting intense back pain. I still have quite skinny legs but they have grown a bit.
But what comes to you quitting squats and deads I dont know why you would do that. Post pic? cant really see how you would have too big legs. Just focus more on upper body, dont quit training legs completely

Just go to Chili's. Seriously tons of main courses have 1500+ cals. I saw a hamburger with 2000+ cals. Throw in some wings and you can hit 3000 cals a meal pretty easily

Focus on getting protein and carbs throughout the day. At the end of the day, consider how much fat you've already consumed. Heat up steamable bag of veggies, add olive oil until you've hit your fat quota, spice it up. Now eat that shit fast before your body realizes you're eating a thousand cal veggie and fat meal.
If you did 40:40:20 or whatever, then you could actually do it. But you obviously don't care about fitness as much as you care about posting gay pictures of yourself.

The other "40" is carbs, which should be easy. Complex, simple, and/or otherwise.

For me its near impossible without shit food. I eat a lot of pasta, minced meat, whole milk, toast sandwiches with eggs, cheese and bacon, rye bread etc. Also I eat like 15-20 frozen pizzas per month, the brand that is my favourite isnt too expensive and has 700kcal. Weight gainers before bed when im already stuffed.
