Do SARM’s do anything worthwhile for muscle growth and hypertrophy? I do no athletic competitions and I won’t take roids, but I’d be happy to take some performance enhancers if it helps me achieve goal body.
you don't need enhancers. i suggest incline movements for chest and some ab work when u bulk i assume ur cutting now if not u should do a mini cut

for arm size hit triceps really hard it's 2/3 of the arm and it actually works. Skull crushers, one arm cable press. For bicep i wouldn't know i have long non existing biceps

It’s really hard for me to activate/feel the part of my chests in the center that run beside my sternum. Incline it seems works my shoulders more than anything, so I have neglected it. Maybe I need a form check

Yea I missed the 5 × 5 first time. I've hit 3 × 4 245lb and 265lb for a double. My 5 × 5 is probably around 225lb aswell.

Looking strong - you REALLY need to cut though. With your large shoulders you'll end up with an insane v-taper.

200-300, depends on how skinny you are really. i'm all for bulking at 500+ excess if you are a holocaust victim but getting fat and looking gross is counter-productive as is the cut/bulk cycle. doing cuts is tedious.

Skinnyfat fag beginner, squat is almost to 100 lbs, eating moderately high cals, and throwing in a few accessory lifts along with my compounds, mainly for abs and shoulders since the regular 5x5 routine takes care of the rest
Keep eating clean, you have a good basis and will look amazing once you clean up.
Make sure your shoulders are rolled back before doing the incline press to make sure you are focussing on chest. Have a look at Scott Herman's incline form on YouTube
Bit of a shit picture but it's all I have at the moment as im at work. 5'10. Age 38. Weigh 11 stone (154 pounds). Been working out since April last year but always been a cyclist previously. Struggle to gain mass as I am a VERY picky eater and the max weight I own in my own gym is 100kg. Never been to a 'normal' gym. I do have a power rack with lat pulldown attachment and Olympic barbell. Mainly do a PPL 3 or 4 times a week.

You look good already. I think your chest and stomach hair is probably making you look less defined than you actually are. I reckon if you went down just a few percent in bodyfat you would look a lot better and your abs would be way more visible combined with getting rid the hair.
