If you're talking about acne or something like that, there's only one thing that works for me and it works like a miracle.

Don't eat anything with ANY trace of wheat and dairy

I want to kill myself because I pretty much can't eat anything that tastes good but it works for me

user I was like most of yall during my teens, had lots of zits, blemishes and mild acne. Then little by little I started going to health and beauty stores in my town with my mom. I browsed the skincare options and became genuinely interested in that sort of stuff
well I'll put on an ice pack while doing my morning workout (mostly ab crunches which I can do about 10 reps of 100) When I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

look for the brand with the subtle off-white coloring

Get products that don’t have a scent. When the aromatics get under your skin, they irritate it and causes an inflamation response, even if you don’t feel it. You can just wear a cologne if you want to smell nice.

drink water + nivea blue pot is all you need

also full body moisturize after every shower. every one. always. for the rest of your life.

face or body?

Both

PLS GIB I'LL LIFT WHATEVER U WANT ME TO JUST GIB AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Face you want to get a Cleanser and a Moisturiser and a small face towel, preferably one with SPF for day and one without for night. AVOID TOUCHING YOUR FACE AS IT WILL GIVE YOU CANCER

every single morning
wash face with cleanser
dry
Moisturiser with SPF

at night before bed
Cleanser
Moisturiser

Spot creams and chemicals can be extremely harmful to the skin on your face so the majority of the time they do more harm than good. try not to wash your face too many time in a day, it may be a good idea to use the cleanser and moisturiser after the gym because the sweat will clog up your pores

It's generally recommended to change your pillowcase every other day, flipping it daily.

Personally I prefer to wash my sheets every sunday and change my pillowcase on Thursdays and Sundays. Also avoid touching your face too much, it's a great idea to take a shower before bed and use the cleanser and just let the water wash the cleanser off.

For body, get a proper scrubber from a japanese or Korean store(availability depends on where you live). Honestly SCRUB the fuck out of your skin to remove dead cells, In Korea you can pay someone to do this for you and it hurts like fuck.

only take showers or an occassional bath but rinse yourself off after the bath. try to use a non irritating shower gel, preferably a cream.

Change your clothes daily
Consume more Zinc(other micronutrients may affect skin)

There are certain people who's body's cannot handle certain foods, so perhaps you have to find your triggers, commonly dairy or sweets are triggers

it will take up 2 WEEKS before you notice any improvement

I am currently writing a book/pdf for "my parents didnt teach me this" people

What should I take to help with acne scarring?

forgot to add that before washing your face to wash your hands with soap(bar or liquid)

Thanks for the info user and good luck with your book.

here's a preview of a very early draft, it's coming up to be quite long but I will also need people to proof read it later or have some suggestions

i just fucking finished episode 24 of this last night, good shit/ drug on a bit in the end tho

Looks solid so far user

Drink water and change your pillow case regularly. Also keep your hair trim and away from your face.

thanks user, i've only written about diet and exercise mainly so far but it's turning out to be very lengthy, I'm still yet too add the personal hygiene, I want to talk about getting into a habit of doing chores weekly, such as changing your sheets, vacuuming or how to use a washing machine. It's mostly just basic entry level stuff, that I feel targets those who are 14-28 and didn't get taught these things by their parents.

This. Black user here. You're all ashy as fuck when you get out of the shower. Especially in colder months. If you don't have a visual queue to point this out (ashy white skin) then you'll walk around with dry skin until it starts to crack and become uncomfortable. Just assume you're always ashy and put on some lotion.

Sounds very helpful, many people my age, myself included, simply weren't taught basic things for one reason or another

I don't mean to rain on your parade but what I think what you're writing already exists. It's called "the well cultured anonymous."

oh ok I shall give it a read, thanks for letting me know, perhaps if it is good we should spread the word a little more, i've never heard anyone mention it before

post face

ok dude after some research it seems that, the PDF is hard to find but it's also more centralised on how to look like a normal person or how to act in public whereas mine is more based on home life and combatting the problems that were caused by parents not teaching you how to do basic shit rather than just the lack of a role model teaching you how to be respected by your peers

thanks for the info though, if I can find the full thing I will give it a read.

Do look for the full thing. It also has basic personal hygiene, basics on how to dress yourself, something that may well have been the seedling of the Jow Forums sticky, cooking basics, and a ton of other stuff that would fall under the umbrella of basis shit.

cheers, i'll give it a quick read, i'm surprised it hasn't really been pushed much since it's conception, most posts relating to it seem to be around 2009

I want your PDF

it's not even close to finished yet dude, I will probably make a thread in a few days when I finish it

I am reading now and in the teeth brushing section the user recommends using Mouthwash but personally from the experience of what multiple dentists tell me you should not wash your mouth after brushing at all, washing with water or mouthwash washes the flourine from the toothpaste away and makes most "sensitive" toothpastes ineffective. most of it is generally sound advice though but I do disagree with it on some levels however

stop eating all sugar/grain/additives/gmofood with hormones and antibiotics/ fiber and base your daily meals on muscle meat, animal fats, organs, eggs and raw milk and most if not all skin issues should be gone within weeks

>constantly slarhering on and swimming in greasy ointments

No wonder yall smell like shit. Fucking gross. How about eating healthy and taking cold showers. Nasty ass people. The more I learn about blacks, the more revolting they are.

>Greasy
Lotion shouldn't be greasy user. Buy a nice smelling brand and take a shower, you sperg. Or don't and get the same gross wrinkly skin that comes as a result of years of neglect to skin moisture. The alternative is body wash with moisturizer in it that will h help fight the drying that happens when you step out of the shower.

Keep it simple user, cleanser and moisturizer, alcohol free preferably

Make sure you sweat and shower

Don't know if you're still here but I transferred the draft to a google doc so you can check it out

I know, I saw your movie dude.

go to a place where is more likely to find a tomboy(the gym unfortunatly doesn't count because tomboys in gym are rare and even then unless you are a chad or a hot girl, nobody likes getting aproached at the gym), like, martial arts gyms (ranked from more likely to less likely, tkd, karate, judo, mma, jiujitsu, muay thai, box) any athletic team (running, swimming, cycling, gymnastics) or anime conventions (however pick one of the other two to see her regulary), spot tomboy, then find a reason to talk to her, at first it can be anything, like asking her questions on how to do any technique if you go to a martial arts gym, if you are a bit lucky you'll get paired with the cute tomboy on your first day so she can show you the basics (however be willing to put workhard, is painfully obvious when you are just trying to get laid and no tomboy will care about you if you don't work hard) overtime start become friends with her and further along the line ask her out, if everything goes right then you'll succeed, but you have to workhard, be patient and not stupid, t have in mind that most tomboys have some sort of insecuritie similar to most of us in Jow Forums (but usually nowhere near as autistic and even if they are they obviously have the upperhand by being cute) so you shouldn't think of them as unreachable stacies that only go for the chad, however they most likely already have a crush on gym's chad but unless they are already dating them your chances are still pretty good, if the only tomboy in the gym is dating the gym's chad then you should go to another gym or steal her from him (only possible if you are an alpha yourself, even if you beat him, you still need to be more attracitive than him), i believe that is everything on this, good luck my bros, i believe in you, never give up, never lose hope and never stop

post skin

how do I get rid of wrinkles? I have been doing pretty well as far as eliminating acne and bags under my eyes goes but I have some wrinkles on my forehead that won't go away and I'm 22. I go for a 20 min walk outside everyday and exercise 3-4 times a week.

I had those too when I was a kid and noticed that I raised my eye brows too much (like a surprised expression), so I stopped it (or just did it a lot less) & didn't notice wrinkles as much after a while.

not sure what it is, I don't really emote that much outside of a grin or smirk but maybe I do some shit while I'm focused on something.

and creams with the perfect thickness

Thanks for the advice my bro, we are all going to make it.

Talk to Asians, even the dudes. They have a serious skin care culture in Asia and have tons of products that will leave your skin feeling like heaven.

Do you like Huey Luis and the News?
