BMI says I’m a healthy weight but Jesus I look big. Am I actually big or am I bloated to high fucking heaven? That’s what it feels like.

nice neckbeard
You look fat because you have 0% muscle mass. Start lifting.
Does it matter if you are either of those things? You should be at the gym regardless. Make this your new home.
You have no muscle and you are fat
lift and lose the fat you have
Probably fat. I'd guess your bodyfat percentage would be 25%. Lose weight fatass.
You are at a healthy weight, however you should probably lose body fat and lift, since it doesn't look like you have mush muscle.
YOU ARE FUCKING FAT NOT BIG
Whats wrong with this guys posture? I look similar to that.
170 lbs would be healthy if you had muscle. You're fat.
low serotonin
lift, got it. My main point was about bloat. I look and feel pretty bloated but I'm a carb whore, is it something I should cut down on?
Yeah posture looks awful in the photo due to trying to keep my eyes on my phone to make sure I was getting a decent picture etc
Needs to lift his head up and pull shoulders back.
You're fat my dude. BMI is not really accurate for everyone.
you need to cut to like 135 lbs then start lifting hard and eating better. Thats pretty terrible looking for 5'9" 170 honestly dawg
And you should start lifting and cut down to about 140 to 150 lbs.
Indeed it is. I was around 147lbs a couple of months ago while I was at uni and had the money to buy and cook my own food
>I look and feel pretty bloated but I'm a carb whore, is it something I should cut down on?
Depends on the individual, sounds like a lazy response but it is true.
Some people feel low energy after eating a bunch of carbs.
If you want to make it easier for yourself to build muscle and lose fat, carb:fat ratios are basically irrelevant, what seems to matter is protein intake and total calories.
Higher protein intakes make it easier to build muscle while losing fat.
I recommend eating a balanced ammount of fats and carbs(about 1:1) and eating high protein while you're losing fat on a caloric deficit.
you look FUCKING FAT idiot
nice one, cheers
aight chill out bruh, so aggressive
Just start taking small steps to get back on track man. Consistency is key in whatever you decide to do to lose the fat. Obviously lifting and cardio will help immensely and you should do it as much
as possible. But even little things like making sure you aren't consuming calories through drinks, walking 12,000 steps a day, skipping breakfast (easy mode fasting), etc can help immensely if you just stick to it every day. You're too young to let yourself go like this brah, come back to the light.
Yeah I've always been a chubby/fat kid, but when I got to making my own food and going on walks I got down to the high 140's it felt pretty good. Shits just ridiculously easy to put back on, didnt even realise until I looked in a mirror
Hipercifosis
You don't even know how to spell it, much less recognize an actual case of kyphosis.
His posture is just bad.
You need some self discipline my guy good luck
Im 20lbs heavier than u and 1" taller. With that being said i also looks like shit. Im trying to drop down to 140 range.
Recomp with emphasis on cutting. You're 25%-30% body fat, so you can gain muscle on a caloric deficit and adequate protein. Once you're 10% body fat, switch to maintenance for a couple weeks, then lean bulk.
Eat more fiber + probiotics if you feel bloated. You very well could be carrying around an extra couple of pounds of literal shit.
Your fat mate.
Your posture is fucked, your shoulders are rounded, your neck is toward, you have anterior pelvic tilt as well
>I look and feel pretty bloated
You are fucking fat. 50lbs of these 170 is fat.
No carbs for you. No sugar. Protein and heavy lifts. until you see you abs.
