it seems like a waste to lose half of it with a CWE.

I just buy pure dihydrocodeine pills, no messing about. Try and get a hold of them because they are stronger than just codeine

Over in the UK, the max advised dose is 4g in 24 hours. It's much easier to do some serious damage with this stuff than you think - people have died from simply going a little over the daily max for only a few days.
