A lot of dudes, depending on their angles of ROM and bodies, need to use a neck harness to train neck. Other dudes get thick necks from deadlifts, shrugs, upright rows, OHP, and lateral raises.

ive been actually working out my neck for a couple of months now.
people always say in a month youll get 2+ inches to your neck if you do neck curls

Neck is highly dependent on test levels due to androgen receptors. Same with delts and traps (that's why they are factors that give away if someone is juicing)

I'm high test (checked) and my neck grew easily (as my delts always had). I fucked around a few times a week and got results quickly

what ways to raise naturally other than training? last test was 600ngdl. Thats like average for a 40yo man. During puberty is was mostly a shutin and I'm sure that my levels were way worse than they are now but I want it higher, like at least 800. I read that pomegranates have a compound that significantly affects muscle mass

What if you have short clavicles meaning a narrow frame? I don't have a pencil neck but it's not wide at all either. Only reason I haven't neckpilled is bc I don't want to make my shoulders look narrower. is this evevn a valid concern?

this along with spine problems and sleep apnea are valid concerns. i did wrestling in high school and had a very thick neck. trust me when i say that almost no girls find a mike tyson tier neck attractive. a good rule of thumb is to have your neck lined up with your cheeks and go no further because then you preserve your percieved shoulder width and avoid looking like a thumb or a bowling pin. front and back neck curls with lighter weight and higher reps 3x a week will do the trick
