I feel my traps working the most when doing full rom lateral raises. Start as low as you can and shrug at the end, weights over your head.

Heavy trap bar shrugs, 140 kg minimum, with high reps (10-30). Alternatively, use 70 kg dumb bells if your gym has them. Full rom isn't important, the weight matters more.
Also USE STRAPS to prevent grip from becoming a limiting factor. Traps are the easiest muscle for me to grow because of this method.

Came here to post this. Trap bar shrugs work great for me. You can stand up straight and focus on upper traps, or lean forward slightly and give a good squeeze to hit your lower traps a little harder.

I train traps 65 lbs shrugs 15-25 reps. I started at 50 lbs and when I reach 25 I add 5 lbs. Also deadlift but they didn't really grow until I isolated
