I always knew I had proportionally longer arms. I didn't realize the extent until just recently when my father and I (he's 6'2") compared our arm lengths and they were the same.
I also have very broad shoulders though and an above-average shoulder:waist ratio, so the long arms don't look out of proportion.

it sucks that I can't fit my proper grip in between the bench posts when racking/unracking, and this been hindering my progress ever since changed gyms
Get a spotter just to pull up the weight for you. Or use a squat rack/cage if one is available.

I thought about it but no one at current is rowing past 1pl8, tbqh I'm not sure I've ever seen someone shrugging past 1.5pl8 there, so no way I'm trusting a spotter
there's no cage as well

You don't actually need them to be able to row that much weight. Just pick up enough of the slack to be able to get the bar out from a suboptimal position.
>no cage
What about squat rack? anything? how do you squat?
Can you even read? His presses are ranked as Advanced, not Exceptional

Jesus fucking christ, are you a grill or something? I'm the same height and my wingspan is literally 10" longer
Advanced is one category below exceptional. Regardless, it's still hard to believe.
How is that hard to believe?
> that much weight
while I do get your point, 1pl8 pretty low bar considering row should = bench, and I'm not sure anyone who hasn't shrugged the weight before will be able to pick up the slack safely

You know that most PL federations won't let you grip the bar wider than 81cm from thumb to thumb?
It would be believable if he posted a photo.
you're saying you don't believe he can bench 335? kek, stay salty copelet.
