I will be taking that pill once I own my home in a month. My brother bought Athlean X body weight program so I'll just use his login for easy guidance mode.
NICE DUBS
your brother is based, i'm jealous desu.
Post body twinkboi
I was using the regular one, however buying a house means tighter budget so no gym. Until I can get some powerblox or dumbbells I won't be able to use the program I have.
People will shit on me for buying something but having a plan and all the resources from the get go was worth it.
Someone needs to make the virgin gymcel vs the Chad calisthenic
I was on the calisthenics pill for years, never saw an ounce of progress until I picked up the barbell desu lad.
That someone is YOU, faggot. Ms pain is not hsrd, and quality is obviously the goal, so judt fucking DO IT and stop being a PUSSY, you FUCK pussy, you arent one.
GIT GUD MOTHERFUCKER.
God, I want to punch a fucking BEAR IN THE FACE.
I havent masturbated or had sex in FOUR YEARS.
WHY ARE LEMONS SO FUCKING YELLOW, GOD DAMN IT.

Came here to post Bateman.
>sugar bad
Enlightenment is doing both
3 x 50 handstand pushups
4 x 20 muscle-Ups
5 x 45 sec. planche
4 x 75 hanging leg raises
3 x 45 sec. one-armed iron cross
this. i only use weights for quads, biceps, and nothing else
Do pushups really help build muscle that much? It seems like when I do a lot (couple hundred to about 2000) a day it just makes me better at pushups...
>buying a routine
there are loads of different forms of pushups.
If you brag about 2k pushups, i reckon you easily do 50 one armed?
what about 100 (2 arms) but use 4 fingers in total?
Etc etc.
Fuck off.
>Big thighs from running
top fucking kek
>being too cheap and scummy to pay for shit like an honest man
I took it. What I'm doing now is a really basic push/pull program Newbie gains after a bout of muscle atrophy are great and so is being able to train with minimal equipment at home whenever I want.
shoulders?
>buying something you can youtube for free
nigga, thats not the point
the point is NO ONE AT ALL needs to BUY any routine EVER in 2018, let alone a fucking BODYWEIGHT program
you have access to the goddamn internet, full of tons of FREE INFORMATION
I mean, are you just utterly retarded? How do you even function? Can you work? I'm legit concerned for people like you who buy routines.
i can give you a bodyweight routine free of charge off the top of my head
Split squats
Lunges
Hanging leg raises
Push ups
Pull ups
Dips
Inverted Rows
Handstand push ups
Planks
Done.
a list of names of exercises isn't a "routine", moron. not defending the guy that bought one though
This summer I've forgotten about lifting, not wanting to spend all my days indoors when its literally the warmest, sunniest summer in decades. I've discovered that rowing, swimming, hiking etc is a fine way to stay fit during summer. Cardio kicks ass and should be done by everyone, even if it kills gains.
only if u sprint
Do both boys. Don't be retarded and stick to just one if there are more accessible things that might even work for your body more efficiently than any other exercise.
its fucking bodyweight dude
you barely need any programming at all
workout a:
lunges
hanging leg raises
pushups
inverted rows
plank
workout b:
split squat
hanging leg raises
handstand push ups
pull ups
plank
ABABABAB....
Well no, to get good results with a bodyweight routine you need better programming than you would on a weightlifting routine. That said Athlean X prolly isnt the best and not even the Gymnastics one made by the US coach isnt 100% optimal but prolly still much better. You really have to make your own to get all the bang for your buck.
Start with Foundation( you can torrent it) and aafter a few months read overcoming gravity and use that to customize your own routine.
>tfw you realise you're the virgin gym goer and have no gym hunk Chad to help you
I just bought this off Amazon. I do pullups every time I'm in my room, it's awesome. This thing can't fall; the torque from you hanging on it keeps it held tight. Takes 2 seconds to put up or take down.
Also, if you're running for a bodyweight lower body program. Run on your toes. You will build up everything under your knee so fast, then you can start sprinting and build up the rest. Don't be a virgin jogger; be a chad runner.
You litterally only have to pick up one of many MILLIONS of basic calisthenics programs out there and get to work.
That's.
And Foundation is a clusterfuck of barely comprehensible nonsense for fucking lifers who have fuck all else going on outside of autistically figuring out that ridiculous chart and idiotic exercise selection.
>not wanting to measure your progress with other poeple
>removing all distractions by going to the gym
wat. It took me all of 5 minutes to figure out the "charts". Its literally 6 exercises that you progress on. Maybe if you actually read the intro to the book you would have understood it.
>You litterally only have to pick up one of many MILLIONS of basic calisthenics programs out there and get to work.
Yeah for the absolute beginner sure.
Once you are past 5x5 pullups most of them are absolute shit.
This looks like it'll rape my trim
Nice trips
I did varsity XC in school for years and came out with pretty big legs
Running isn't exclusively marathons or sprints, 5-10ks plus all the training for them (from sprints and hill intervals to 10+ mi) can generate a good deal of leg muscle. Obv. not as much as squats or whatever but it's not negligable.
>he doesn't know about sprinting
I have, but I still squat because there's literally nothing as effective for your lower body.
>Foundation is a clusterfuck of barely comprehensible nonsense for fucking lifers who have fuck all else going on outside of autistically figuring out that ridiculous chart and idiotic exercise selection.
Foundation has problems, but it's not difficult to understand.
