what does a fat asshole taste like /fit

wanna see her suck and fuck desu

I smoke like a chimney and it doesn't affect anything except cardiovascular activity and work capacity. Both you can improve and continue smoking.

Why has that young girl exposed her buttocks? Doesn't she know that is inappropriate?

>smoke in lungs
>can't utilize oxidation of blood to the fullest
>slower gains

there are so many reasons not to smoke and people still do it, it's like suicide is coded into people's dna

I personally feel like smoking helped with my gains I lived in Cali smoked for basically nothing for a full year and made the best gains of my life

nicotine decreases estrogen so it probably helps with muscle building

I smoke but my doc just told me yesterday that I have 93 percent oxygen absorption. Weird

proof? tard

After I gave up my three pack a day habit my workout capacity sky rocketed and I recovered better and slept more fitfully

Do you still smoke or did you quit?

thicc

>i find google difficult but i will call other people tards
hang yourself

Can anybody tell me why they started smoking? Did your parents not hammer home constantly how bad smoking is for you? Did you not see the terrible effects that are constantly shown in school and government campaigns? I am so glad that I've never fallen for sick social pressures like smoking

it feels good, and the side effects are decades of use ahead, so...

Okay anons tell me, how many of you toke some of the dank before/after a lift?
I usually only smoke if I’m lifting at night and don’t have any obligations aside from lifting but they always turn out to be my greatest lifts. Now I don’t plan on doing it all the time because that’s retarded and expensive but any other anons have experiences while lifting high?

Helped me tons especially with cardio it's so fucking boring to me so i smoke a bowl run and then do my routine for the day and after that smoke some more eat like a beast go for a walk through a park smoke another little bowl enjoyed my life

Quit 8 years ago cold turkey. I had a little nephew that I needed to keep up with and he had bad asthma.

OP here
I dont smoke cigarettes
I occasionally smoke Hookah with my friends

Most people start because they try a cigarette while drinking and realise that it feels fucking great. Then they have some difficult times in life and find that smoking helps them out, that it helps them calm their brains a bit while working long hours on something. Then it becomes a habit.

The negative effects of smoking are wildly overstated. I used to be in incredible shape from about 17-20 years old and then became a light/medium smoker for about four years (with some breaks though) because I had problems and so kind of went into a darkish place for several years. I had reasonably seriously unrelated health problems due to poor diet and digestive issues which didn't help.

Anyway, now that I've moved back home from living far abroad I've been off cigarettes for 6-7 weeks. I experienced ZERO cravings because physical dependency on nicotine is a meme, it is almost entirely psychological, and being back home where I just don't smoke made it incredibly easy to quit, actually no effort whatsoever. I'll have some cigarettes when I'm drinking or with an old friend who smokes, no problem. In these past weeks my physical performance has skyrocketed and is maybe only 6 weeks away until back to where it used to be. Your CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM has a memory from when you used to be in shape and you get back there extremely quickly, but most people have never put the work in in the first place, especially not as teenagers, which is essential.

Started smoking weed when I was 12, in England we always mix weed with tobacco so that's how I got started.

It just feels good init lol.

>not wanting to fuck her yourself
This is why /noporn is inportant

Miss Noir i think

>I make unsubstantiated claims and then get mad and say super duper edgy shit to other people who won't search for the requisite proof even though (1) it would be easier for me to supply it in the first place because if I purport to have encountered such information then I must know of its location, and (2) it would be infinitely more reasonable because I bear the burden of proof as the proponent of any claim I make that isn’t based on widely held general knowledge
>brainlet.jpg

haha I read a tranny couldn't "become female" due to smoking

>be smoker
>which means your blood is exposed to less oxygen than usual
>in response to that your body will produce more hemoglobin per rbc to ferry around the same ammount of oxygen
>dont smoke before workout
>even more oxygen avaiable for your muscles during the workout
not to mention the stimulative effect of nicotine on your cns
when will nonsmokelets learn

Don't smoke but buy nicotine gum for the "buzz"
They're dirt cheap on ebay

>Very useful for mundane tasks and hunger repression

legit I use the gum too, in moderation obv.

t. high inhibition low test submissive bitchboi

>nicotine basically obliterates estrogen
>weed turns you into a tranny
hmmm, wonder why there is such a push to ban one but legalize the other, hmmm...

I'd rather see her seed and feed

based and christianpilled

Was a straight edge faggot for 18 years.
Started smoking a little bit after I started drinking, the buzz was even greater.

Then depression hit, unrelated to subtance intake. Smoking calmed me down.
Now that I'm out of the depression I drastically reduced my nicotine and alcohol intake.
And I plan to stop smoking altogether on my 25th birthday, after 5 years of cigarette addiction.

This guy has the right idea .

>be any year after, say, 1980
>still be smoking

WTF, why? There is literally NO reason to be doing this.

cringe
