na, just inducing ketosis by consuming less than 30g of carbs a day, i have also reduced the times i eat to 1 time a day at most to allow my body when i do have an insulin spike to allow my body time to go though the insulin in my body, taking about 16 hours before ketosis begins, i rarely feel hungry most days, and i bike back and forth from work, im going to experiment and push it from skipping meals to skipping days, as im not really hungry when my daily meal rolls around

Now, yes, if your goals are not to merely lose weight - which is to say you want to increase lean muscle mass, ect., the. No shit you need to understand things like meal timing - protein optimization, macros, insulin, sleep scheduling.

Fat and carb calories
Doesn't fucking matter how many fats or carbs you're eating, what matters is total fat and carb calories.
Higher protein diets require a lower ammount of fat and carb calories, and higher protein intakes provide a much higher ammount of amino acids which helps in building muscle in lower caloric intakes.
Protein intake is in itself anabolic and anti catabolic, carbs and fats are merely anti catabolic.
Fiber is barely used for energy so the higher your protein AND fiber is in relation to your carb/fat intake the better your diet will be for body composition.
CICO is an oversimplification, but it won't matter to an overweight person. A pound of fat can feed you for around 30 calories a day, which is plenty when you're a fatass on a 500 kcal deficit.

The idea of CICO isnt wrong its just that our understanding of calories out isn't always right. There was a case study about thw biggest loser contestants that speaks on this.
That's a lot of carbs and trans fats, and hardly any protein. The weight loss will be slow, if there is any, and you'll end up skinnyfat once you hit your goal weight.

2000+ total calories for 100 grams of protein is a bad trade. If you only have 100 pounds of lean mass, you have no business eating that many calories.
Ok, but you need to be really careful with stuff like that. Even if you're doing a big chain pizza, and you're on that chain's website, there can be a lot of inconsistency.
