@OP look good bro pretty balanced. your physique reminds me a lot of how mine used to be, good genes, fairly thinnish skin and good muscle bellies. id say replace flat presses for inclines and do more shoulder work, maybe. 7/10 you've got potential. you're just still early in the game but you look athletic too

I hate how everyone at the gym looks massive but use the same weight I use. I'm just 5 months in, and my strength is sky rocketing but not my body. I do 5x5 but do BP and OHP on different day and add 2 excercises of isolation sometimes. I eat healthy but like a pig and skinnyfat. Won't cut till my shoulders look like a lift.

I focus on my form more than anything else. I train alone so I have to make sure my form is on point when i add weight so I don't harm myself. Been going well.

Since then I take daily >3000kcal, >100g proteins and other supplements like kre-alkalyn or testoboosters and multiple vitamins. Since the start I've gained about 37lbs. Before my workout, I've looked like a fucking auschwitz jew, thanks to my retarded chest, I've hated me in so many ways. Lifting was the best choice ever, I feel better but still retarded, Anyway, make the best what life gives you. I will continue my workout, my goal isnt near yet.

No, I think it's because I fast a lot, not on purpose I just never eat breakfast and sometimes skip lunch at work or have it really late. I work out fasted a lot too, not sure how that helps but I've been able to eat pretty dirty and not put on a lot of fat.
