Once you have found the place(s) you need, write down your landlord/realestate's number, write down any addresses or other numbers you need, and then turn it off in case you need it again later.

Now this first bit depends what's available:
Drive to any convenience store and buy phone charger and car adaptor.
Or find a 24hr bar/restaurant/somewhere to charge your phone for half an hour.
It doesn't even matter if you can't do any of these; you can use a pay phone or go to a cafe or something in the morning if your phone battery runs out.

Then if you want to sleep:
>Drive to a quiet street
>Turn your phone off
>Sleep in your car
>You'll wake up early
>Drive and get some food or something
>Turn your phone on
>Usually locksmiths are covered in rentals as long as it's not outside regular hours (24hr locksmiths cost about an extra 4x the normal rate)
