Fuck man I'm a NEET too but you have to try if you think you're running out of options fast. You clearly have a connection to the internet, there are a lot of people you can speak to for help with understanding and a lot of information on various subjects here. If you did freelance or something to start off with and slowly built up connections and money, it'd at least show you're willing to try. Also I get it and this is hypocrisy but if you think you're able to kill yourself, maybe telling someone and then getting people that could help would help you.

If you're on NEETbux then that's fine, although you'd probably be able to buy or do more if you had other revenues of income, you seem deeper on the suicide end though so I guess it might not be stuff that you'd consider important or would be hard to do at the moment.

I replied with what I did because it isn't their only option, they are still open to lots of other options than suicide at the moment.
