brown/caramelize 500g minced black angus chuck (get it from a good steak butcher, make him mince it in front of you, avoid preminced supermarket "beef") on high heat cast iron for 5 minutes, don't let big chunks together
after that add
>salt
>freshly grounded black white and green pepper
>2 freshly pured garlic
>half an onion chopped
>teaspoon of irish butter
>quarter-half freshly chopped yellow habanero
>teaspoon of worcestershire sauce
>little bit of brown sugar
>little bit of cumin powder, coriander powder, orange zest
>tomato puree, 1-5 tablespoon, depending on dense you want it
keep mixing and cooking it on high heat for another 10-15 minutes
when finished sprinkle it with 200g of mozzarella and red cheddar mix, and some freshly chopped cilantro (if you like the taste)

this is my main Jow Forums recipe
I could eat this every single fucking day
obviously if you want more/less than 500g of meat just keep the ratios and you are good to go

From left to right

beef and bean rice bowl
>put 1 tbsp of oil in a hot pan
>add chopped onions, caramelize
>add 400g of ground lean beef or turkey
>brown thoroughly
>add 1 crushed garlic clove
>add 2 cans of legumes of choice
>add 400g of basmati rice
>mix and add 2tbsp onions sauce, 1tbsp oyster sauce, pepper to taste
>take off heat
>add 1tbsp of toasted sesame oil
>mix thoroughly
>makes 2 big servings

Chicken and broccoli stir fry
>cut 400g chicken breast or lean beef into strips
>marinate in onions sauce, crushed garlic, a bit of oil and 1tsp of baking soda
>put one cup of water and 1tbsp of oil into a hot pan
>when starting to bubble, add 400g broccoli flowers
>salt, pepper
>cook until water evaporates then some more until broccoli is slightly browned
>set broccoli aside
>put marinated meat into pan
>while meat is cooking, mix 2tbsp onions sauce, 1tbsp oyster sauce, 1tbsp toasted sesame oil, 1tbsp of cornstarch and 1tsp of brown sugar
>add broccoli back into pan
>take off heat and pour sauce in pan, mixing quickly until even glaze is achieved
>put back on heat as needed
>2 big servings with basmati rice

Mediterranean style hake filets
>mix 1tsp of paprika, 1tsp of ground cumin, 1tsp of garlic powder, 1tsp of black pepper, salt to taste
>rub hake filets in mixture and let sit for about 10 minutes
>put 1tsp of hot oil into pan
>fry filets until they start getting white on the edge
>flip and fry same amount of time on the other side
>serve with basmati rice

How badly will Rice fuck me up guys? it's like my favorite side dish.

Been workingout cal , cardio, and lifting for past 3 weeks at least 6 days a week and been seeing amazing results(illiberally losing 15 pounds and getting a much more developed chest.) I'm no longer over weight and even look pretty nice now. I really don't want to fuck myself up.

throw everything in blender and add 5scoopscmon along with some combination of milk/sugar/water

it's not. just a tiny dash of milk dramatically lowers the viscosity from "sludge" to "liquid". I always add milk because I like thinner, almost crepe like pancakes.
