For the past 7 days I've more or less eaten nothing but beef. It wasnt really a conscious decision, I'm going thru a rough time right now and a friend of mine gave me like 50lbs of steak.
I've lost 6lbs since last Thursday and all I can think about is sex . I can't get my mind off it and have to crank my dick every morning or I'll walk around stiff all day. Wtf is going in with me?
Meats good for you. Congrats on moving back towards normalcy. I eat mostly meat. I still have other things in my diet like eggs, milk, a little bit of vegetables, butter, cheeses, olive oil, etc. Though my big staples are meat and organ meat.
Its easy to hit all micro nutrient requirements just from meat and a little organ meat. Eating meat with solid fat content will provide your endocrine system with everything you need to produce stable levels of your sex hormones, so it can spike your libido if you were nutritionally depressed before. Meat is just the easiest way to get all your fat and protein because its so nutrient dense. Its basically the only real super food. Everything else is a meme.

A lot of people don't even realize they're lactose intolerant, people just put up with the gas and frequent soft stools. Some people experience more extreme effects like severe bloating, intestinal cramps, stomach ache, and diarrhea. Not everyone gets it that bad though. Some people just fart a lot after drinking milk with lactose, thats still intolerance though.

Yeah i know, but i have literally never heard anyone complain, i know its anecdotal but dairy is a staple here, there isn't a meal without at least 1 type of dairy.

Most of humanity around the globe, like most mammals on earth, are only able to digest lactose in their infancy. You're getting enough minerals and vitamins and pseudo vitamins you were probably lacking before (namely, zinc, magnesium, b complex and creatine), and now you're at what should be normal for your age (presumingly younger than 30).
