Abs

What's a good ab routine to do at the end of a workout?

Currently doing 3x5+ Hanging Leg Raises.

I like butterfly kicks 4x30 seconds to get lower abs going then regular sit-ups in a pyramid (4-8-12-16-20-16-12-8-4) depends on how tired I am though.

How can you progress on Hanging Leg Raises?

I assume knees->legs->something involving weight at your feet.

You can probably just increase volume a bit let's be real most people are doing it for hypertrophy.

How fat are your legs?

like with any other muscle

>both countries are collapsing
>"ha-ha! y-you're fat!"

I'm excited for when we're all dead soon.

Why? Browns will fix things in europe. Whites siding with jews. Crypto jews hate us.

Any other exercises/routines?

rent free

Cable woodchops with rope attachment. 3x8 to each side, really shreds the obliques and gives a nice pump to the arms.

I usually do 2 abdominal exercises at the end of leg day. I switch between

>Hanging Leg Raises: 3x15+
>Plank: 1 min+

and

>Weighted Decline Crunches: 3x8-12 (medicine ball)
>Russian Twists: 3x8-12 (medicine ball)

Hope you're ok taking advice from an American.

>3×5

Kick the reps up to 10.

I absolutely love weighted upside down hanging crunches. No idea how is it in English but here we just call it a bat.

Based screenshot.

Tried and true weighted decline crunches. 10-20 rep range, doesnt matter as long as you're going to failure for 4-5 sets. go heavy. most importantly use a plate and hold it BEHIND YOUR HEAD. everything is cheating, period. explode up, squeeze at the top, control the negative. use progressive overload just as you would for any other lift, you'll find its very difficult to consistency add weight to this movement.
