My squat is poverty though. 140kg. I can go on about it being atg but even then it's lagging.

2 plates. Can never get past 125kg

I used my limit break and did 1RM of 500 lbs. Concomitantly the most exhilarating and exhausting thing I've done in ages. Could hardly pull 4 plate afterwards.

a little over 610lb i think sumo (275kg) and 290kg with a hex bar. also 310kg rack pull which pretty much skinned my hand. i can't understand how people rack pull over a thousand lbs.

no i agree. it's easier than a regular deadlift too. it's a nice variation though, having the weight exactly at the middle of your body.

I have a couple of those 90lb PowerBlocks and damn near died moving them the other day. I've gotten really fat and lazy in the last few years.

Based on that I'd guess I can deadlift about 180lbs or basically jack shit. Fuck, a few years ago I was curling 60lbs...

Don't get married and have kids. You never have time to take care of yourself.

Should mention that was 60lbs per hand. I only own the PowerBlocks. Got a PB50 and a PB90 set.

I typically lift 140g 5x2 but lately it's been becoming more difficult to lift heavier due to hand pain. I ripped a lot of skin a couple months ago going for a 1rm and my skin tends to hurt now. I think I might have to use gloves now. anyone have advice?
