strength training doesn't burn that many calories
i was underweight but i've gained 30lbs over the last few years and now im average. eating, for me, came down to how much i could shove down my throat before i knew i was full. i can eat an entire large pizza by myself if i eat fast or i can eat a few bowls of cereal and they will both be equally filling. you just have to fool your body in that ~10min timeframe
