To much volume
Just do 5x5 on everything

It's just a shopping list of exercises. Nothing to rate.

Explain

Trying to work on my stamina for now, I usually do 10x5 but doing 25x4 for squats/situps/pushups and 5x5 for pullups right now.

Wdym?

It's a fullbody program that'll give you both size and strength at the same time , it's better than all the other shitty programs you see around the internet.
Running it right NOW

No lats at all?

How this is any different from op's routine?

>rows 3 times per week...

3x5 is not enough for muscle gain imo. Up the volume.

It's for beginners , you can work your lats later ya big baby
Anyways , rows and deadlifts will work your lats , if you add a ton of lat exercises it'll be too much volume

Frequency is more important for muscle gain than volume in an individual workouts.

>No traps for the traps

1. it's 2x10 work sets
2. it has periodization and rep-changing
3. no chins , cg , rdl , ext
4. no AMRAP
5. not designed by a fucking BEGINNER

What is wrong with Chins?

6 sets per week is piss poor volume. Op's routine is liberally better un terms of exercise selection

You can't add as much weight as you'd add it to other exercises
do you not know what a beginner is?

Where can I find a Intermediate full body program with balanced lifts?

In op post

anyone tried the physique programs from renaissance periodization?

Thanks

U welcome

Op's is better

Been wondering if this is too much for relative beginner 8ish months in. I try and do each of these twice a week but half the time only work out 4 or 5 days a week
