However he's also 19 and can be pretty uninformed. Kinobody is a douche but intermittent fasting and fasted training are real things with real advantages. The whole "accelerates fat burning and enhances focus" thing is horseshit but you actually can have advantages to doing both of these.
You also don't need calories in your system for training, it's really more of a preference thing. There's also literally nothing wrong with supplements.
