There is no reason to when you can just train 4 days a week intelligently and get the same results as 7 days training like a spud
Sleeping is the hard part. Not OP but can only sleep 5 hours. No matter what i alwsys sleep 5 hours.

5 hours is plenty. Sleeping kills your gains with all the fats and shit hidden in the ingredients

I'm starting to lift 6 days/week and I do calisthenics on my rest day

Basically you do 1 top set in some kind of linear progression
Pressing you can do every other day
Back and legs can be done every day
But use one movement for back and legs.
I do because otherwise I'd be sitting at home chainsmoking and shit posting. My daily schedule looks like this:
0630 Wake up, start getting myself ready
0730 Get kid up and ready for the day
0830 Drop the boy off at Daycare
0900 At gym, start stretching
MWF 0930-1130 Weights/Strength Training
Te/Th/Sat 0930-1000 Core/Secondary Lifts
Te/Th/Sat 1000-1130 Cardio
Sun - 0900 - 1030 Yoga and focused stretching
1200 - Shower, shit, shave
1230 - Take care of any errands and miscellaneous shit
1400 - Go to work
2400 - Off Work
Shut up the suicide attempts keep failing because i want them to fail
Usually like this:

>Upper body
>Cardio
Repeat.
Ironically this could all have been solved if IT on the right started wearing make up to the office.

All bodyweight atm. I need to increase my base strength in order to go heavier down the line. Squats, push ups, plank, supermans.

I did for a few years m8 theres nothing special about it i made a page grow up to 600k fans from pure raw autism and memes we didn't have to pay facebook untill fb forced us to pay or they will just make lower our reach for no other reason than to force payments

Calisthenics and gymnastics stuff. Frankly, I've made faster progress than most of anyone in the gymnastics/calisthenics community. It works, but you have to build up to it. After two weeks, you can train the same exercise every day
