I ran SS for too long (a year) and started doing it incorrectly in the first place, so I wound up in a trap where I could always eek out a couple of weeks of progress with small tweaks.
Still think it’s a good program for beginners but people should take Barbell Medicines advice about what to do when lifts start stalling. I don’t particularly like The Bridge, I find it overcomplicated, and I think doing some simple HLM shit when the first lift stalls would be better for learning how to program. I particularly like their “upper body plugin” for when lifts start failing.
My little brother is going to start lifting soon, I think I’ll be able to make him as strong as me in half the time.

im full turquoise and it feels good, taking a small break from lifting to rest and heal injuries but I think I can make it to green this year
