for those of you living the wageslave life, what do you pack for lunch? looking for something quick and simple that I can mealprep on weekends

Nothing. IF all day and eat once you get home

sandwich

Lunch is a waste of time. At my job I can skip lunch and get home or to the gym 30 mins earlier. Have a high protein, moderate fat breakfast, e.g. protein shake and eggs, and you can easily last all the way to dinner. Unless you're a metabolically-deranged sugar-dependent burgeramerican fatty that is.

tryin to bulk

been havin sandwiches forever, want to try somethin new

we have mandatory unpaid lunch for an hour every shift which sucks mayor balls, i usually meal prep brown rice, meat and broccoli or something similar.

Whatever leftovers I had from dinner the previous night. Sometimes I'll make a batch of burritos for a quick lunch for the week, and you can make them with almost anything.

I don’t eat or drink when outside of the house because I have a fear of public bathrooms.

So basically on work days I don’t eat or drink until night.

Usually just a fuckload of steak and sweet potatoes I prep'd over the weekend

Protein - baked chicken/can of tuna
Veg - broccoli/pea pods/Brussels sprouts/spinach

I grill chicken and steak Sunday evening, and pack it for a few days.
I supplement that with lettuce/arugala/broc/avocado and lemon.

NO SALAD DRESSING

>sweet potatoes

How do you prep them? I'm thinking about investing in more sweet potatoes

Steam in a rice cooker. I have a big rice cooker that I use to make all the brown rice for the week as my post-workout meal, and separator I put in between to steam the potatoes above. Super easy

based

I've been making imitation Chipotle burrito bowls
>2lbs chicken breast
>4 cups cilantro lime rice
>1/2 can black beans
>2 green peppers and 2 red onions
Shit's good, I make an imitation hot salsa as well that I marinate the chicken in.
Pic related is also based

I'm a wageslave but work from home. I eat a lb of ground sirloin for lunch. Takes about 10 minutes to cook.

salmon and rice almost every day

two pounds flank steak

chili, greek yogurt, and a piece of fruit

>He thinks high protein is different as far as insulin and blood sugar are concerned than high carbohydrates
>He Jewishly implies all carbs are the same, lumping oats and berries together with chips and soda
Can retards please get off my board

Canned chicken, carrots/celery/spinach, maybe a carb source (I only eat carbs at night monday-friday). Peanut butter from a spoon as a pre-workout meal.

Two sandwiches

An orange for mid-morning snack

white rice + ground beef + spinnach for lunch

only drink water

Every day, same thing.

what's the in the cup

Dry chicken and veggies I cooked in bulk a week ago

Boiled eggs are good

A fucking lemon... Are you a pirate sailing the open ocean that has come down with a bad case of scurvy?

Do you actually do this? How has it worked out?

I take 2 pounds of ground turkey and brown it, throw some veggies, beans, whatever you want in a crockpot. Use either taco or chili packets to it. Put the turkey in the crockpot and wait a few hours. Boil up a box of pasta and throw that shit in the crockpot and mix it all around and divide into 5 containers for lunch

This

If your job requires that you have a lunch. Just sit there and browse fit

However
>but all the chicken breast you need for the month
>cook it all with 1 tbsp of olive oil per lbs(I usually end up at 227 g of breast per tbsp tho)
> get it into the freezer quick
>cook it whenever you need it
Getting it into the freezer makes sure it doesn't get rubbery

jesus christ, fucking wagies got it tough.

that's an orange

;)

Yeah I actually do this. It works out just fine for cutting. I'll eat breakfast if I'm bulking (but still skip lunch). I don't even get hungry during the days

he didn't come close to that. i think he was suggesting a high protein and fat breakfast to keep you feeling full longer and the lack of a sugar(not just any carbohydrate) addiction helping with not needing to snack all of the time. i know this is probably bait but i feel more and more that people can be this obtuse on this website lately, also your reference to Judaism makes me think you browse Jow Forums and people are this retarded there all the time

Chicken and spinach
And cheese but not much

If you can microwave, just do chicken + broccoli. Easy enough.

I'm a chef, so I cook what the fuck I want if there's time for me to eat during workhours. Which is almost never.

Chili
6 cans beans, kidney black and pinto
6 diced tomatoes
3 diced tomatoes
Brown rice
Carrots
Beef or chicken 2-3 pounds
Beef broth
Really anything else you want to add, super easy to cook lasts about a week

woah, are you me?

protein (chicken, pork, steak) usually thrown in oven, rice, two of any kind of vegetables (canned beans or corn, something easy)
fruit - banana, apple, oranges
water
been slaving and eating the same shit for 4 years now. on the weekends i can splurge and go out for whatever i want. works well for my goals.

I alternate between the following (either back and forth or depending on my mood/plans on the weekend)

Effort:
-Boneless skinless chicken breast seasoned various ways from week to week
-Broccoli
-Sweet potato

No effort:
-250g Skyr
-75g granola
Mix them together when it's time to eat to maintain dat crunch.

Add ~40g almonds and a banana every day. Also add ~90g of sharp cheddar for a mid morning snack if I need the extra calories.

>that pill organizer
Are those your antidepressants?

I've been packing lunch for a few weeks now myself.

>chili (~285 calories)
>100 calorie nut/berry pack
>1 greek yogurt

Adds up to like 50g carbs / 15-20g fat / 60g protein or thereabouts.

This week I'm replacing the chili with pulled pork I made today, which is about 8 oz worth in an attempt to reduce my carb intake.

How do you get the money for salmon?

Not that guy but I have a useful way. Granted this is purely for making a fuckton.

>cut the sweet potato into discs of equal thickness
>boil 2 pots of water
>at boiling, stick the sweet potatoes in
>check in on tenderness after 20 mins
>when done, strain
>mash the soft sweet potatoes
>add coconut oil and salt to taste

And there you go. Coconut oil is awesome with sweet potatoes

I pack a V8, a cheap meal replacement shake and a tin of sardines in oil.

I work in a pizza kitchen and I might be fucked to hell with orders when I get hungry, so the liquid nutrition is a lot easier to deal with.

Enjoy your Mercury poisioning

>wage slave
>has a organized pill schedule

yup as expected, why don't you just be a NEET?

>tfw emaciated skelly and almost every single day i eat a sandwich on plain wheat bread with 5-6 pieces of lunch meat and cheese with some potato chips

>eat a few hard boiled eggs every day with my shitty lunch
>get made fun of for eating so many eggs

>occasionally get food from the cafeteria because they make something good literally a few times a month and its pretty cheap so ill get a double portion and eat it for lunch the next day too
>get made fun of for eating the same thing multiple days

Basedlent, peanuts and raisins for my work lunch

>Pancreatic beta cell GLUT2 receptor senses blood sugar levels and releases insulin accordingly.
>High protein vs high carbs dont differ in insulin production
Pick one

This.

When I'm wageslaving, I don't want to eat during the day, I want to get out of the building and walk for the entirety of my break. Some days I cave and buy a sandwich or something.

I work for Google so I get free meals 5 days a week

meth

My gf wakes up earlier than me so she can cook my lunch. Usually sandwich or some gay "healthy" crap she saw at some Facebook page, but I like her a lot so it's ok.

nice larp
did it make you feel good lying on the internet?

>6 diced tomatoes
>3 diced tomatoes

Im only at uni but I pretty much do this because theres not enough time to eat my meal during lunch and also i use the time to do work

the classic 5pm lunch :^)

My job requires me to be on my feet all night with a bunch of spics. I walk for the entire shift. I usually bring meat + rice, a protein bar, protein shake.

How to be NEET

This, I’ve been doing this for almost 3 years now.
