Unintentionally went on a bit of a cut since I'm on holidays and can't eat much in this weather, lifts still went up though. Looking pretty lean, leanest I've ever been. Have to bulk when I get back home though, need that 140kg bench by the end of the year.

6'0, 154lbs. After 6 weeks SS my reps are 72.5/x/120/145 and I DB bench 45.

Started skelly, am working on gaining weight, but am a bit under my 1/2lb per week goal.

Haven’t squatted or pulled above 70% in a long time, but they’re both still pretty strong. Bench got hit the most, can only do 4s at 315 right now. For comparison, I hit a paused 6x6 @ 315 late last year when I was peaking my bench.

Wish my gym had reverse hypers :(. no gym in my city does, I'm stuck with normal hypers.
My shoulders have been my one source of strength, never had a single problem with them, knees, or ankles. It's always Wrist/Elbow/Back.
Also - Yoga? Bleh. Maybe, if it prevents me from getting hurt. I've made more strides in my mobility, I foam roll before every workout, etc. God, I really don't want to take the next boomer step and start yoga, but anything to prevent more injuries.

Thanks man, somedays I look in the mirror and still feel terrible. Especially when I'm struggling through all these injuries - I feel like all my gains are slipping away.
5 day routine, PPLUL. 3x3 Heavy sets of a big compound (Bench, OHP, Squat, Dead, Chinup), then 5x5 at a slightly lower weight. Then I go home. I'm at almost 1000 straight days of watching my nutrition like a hawk, which is likely the most important piece. No drugs, just the world's most boring/plain diet with no cheat meals and a workout routine that has me venting my consistent injuries to a Vietnamese suitcase fanboard.
