How do I let my body start burning fat with keto? I know you need to eat less than 30 grams of carbs, but any other useful info I may need while starting my ketosis journey?

Keto is more of a high fat diet than a high protein one. So you need to eat more fat than you'd think. But saturated fat is still bad. So don't just load up on cheese and bacon. Think almonds, avocados, Mct oil, that sort of thing.
Also, remember that on keto you can't cheat AT ALL.

Keto and low carb shit is a meme. Carbs are your bodies preferred source of energy. Your gym performance, and therefore your gains take a nosedive.
If anything, while cutting, your carbs should be higher.

Just eat meat and vegetables with your daily meals. Eliminate carbs at first week. Cook with organic butter or coconut oil. By the second week start getting your carbs from nut sources. I like to eat peanut butter. eliminate all sources of sugar. Stevia is a good substitute. You can also water fast for 2 days if you want to get kicked into ketosis faster. Make your macros 60% fats 30% protein and 10% carbs. That's pretty much it. Some people do count calories on this diet and I do recommend it, because you will feel tired from glucose depletion and adding a bit more calories will help.

Your also probably depleted of electrolytes. Drink minerals and supplements with potassium, magnesium, and zinc.

Have in mind, being in ketosis WILL hinder your gains, well, just watch the damn video.

Every diet is pretty much "dangerous". I just do keto when I'm cutting weight. I fluctuate my weight to build muscle. Bulk and get fat, lift heavy, strength training. Then after a month, keto or 1,500 kals low carb for 3-4 months. It's pretty simple, just got to experiment on what your body likes to adapt with.
How do you guys manage to do keto? I don't really like the taste of fatty foods in general, I couldn't imagine eating a diet mostly composed of them.

I second this post. The staples of a ketogenic diet are absolutely delicious.
Specifically you should learn how to break apart and cook duck. Swing by your local asian market and buy a half dozen whole ducks. They are cheap as fuck at the asian market and duck is loaded with delicious meat and extraordinarily delicious fat. You'll have a few weeks worth of duck confit, duck proscuitto, and seared crispy skin duck breasts if you know what you're doing. Do yourself a favor and make some rillettes while you're at it.

Tried keto. Five weeks in I got keto rash. Covered in itchy hives all over my chest and stomach. Keto sites never mentioned that up front, but if you search you find completely insane conversations in forums saying "oh yeah it goes away AFTER A FEW WEEKS". If your diet causes your skin to break out in itchy lumps everywhere and you don't take that as a sign that you are doing something very very bad to yourself, then I don't think there's much I can say to convince you here. Keto is a meme like no other. There is nothing keto does that a normal calorie deficit diet doesn't do. You don't lose fat faster, you don't feel healthier, you don't get more energy, it isn't easier or cheaper. Just eat normal food at a deficit.
I got a good idea, follow the Keto diet and focus on only consuming so many calories. Then you’ll lose weight twice as fast.
