pork chops that are better than yours
potatoes and sour cream
homemade kefir

Going to Texas Roadhouse with the grandparents in a few minutes, been doing yard work for them all day so I don't feel guilty about the shit ton of sodium and calories

Dude these turned out gloriously despite being thin. 90 sec fry in butter, flip, 14min in oven at 400.

Camera's shit tho

looks decent but super bland, fry your rice with a little garlic and onion, it will improve your rice by a lot, also make a healthy and delicious sauce by blending one avocado, 1 tbsp of olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, some salt and pepper, basil, half tomato and green onions
tonight i'm eating
>250g of shredded chicken with that sauce
>100g of baked potatoes with grilled sweet korn
>100g black beans
>some grilled peanuts and brocoli

Sounds dank

ha ha my pork chops are better than both of your's. Comes from my dad's organic farm in upstate ny. The fat just melts in your mouth. I'm also having a cucumber salad and some walnuts.

is that like a Longhorns?

>just eating plain white rice
Why the fuck do you do that. Fucking add a sauce or seasoning to it.

I ate like a fuggin pig today because I have a slight cold and can't taste food properly.

Currently I'm broiling some chicken and I'll probably make some asparagus or something to go along with it.

Torn between ground beef, eggs, spinach, and pico or bibimbap. I've got some rough gas today, so I don't know if the rice in the latter dish would help

the butter is all melted in there

also I have a pressure cooker so rice is legit delicious, perfectly fluffy

Kinda, like the Applebees of steakhouses

It's kinda legit though. Lots of joocy cuts of steak you can mire in a case when you walk in

>butter is a seasoning

How do you fuckers exist whilst being so stupid?

>plain
>add a sauce or seasoning
You're sperging, man. Sit up straight. Breathe through the nose into the belly. Be present. Recenter.

Here's another piece of not being autistic fo ya ass: the pork and asparagus are flavorful as dick so you can afford a little fluff.
>tfw listening to Black Sabbath's "Fluff" rn

What's wrong with the taste of plain white or brown rice? Not everything needs to be smothered in oil or fat. I enjoy the variation in texture and flavor.

Minimally seasoned chicken thighs and plain white rice.

Brining is the key. Brining is not a meme. Get a big plastic bag, put a bunch of chicken thighs in there, fill up with enough salt water to cover them, refrigerate for a few hours or overnight and you're good to go.

Pic related. The brine had some cheap dried rosemary and thyme that came out of a shaker, but really just salt and water is good enough and not depressing. I could eat this every day.

Brining confirmed legit.

Lol your side veg is...cilantro? Whatever floats your boat man

>overnight brine
Don't do this. The salt water breaks down the proteins in the chicken to let more water in. That's how they get so joocy. The longer you let this occur, the more the proteins are broken down and the more get seeped into the brine water instead of in the meat. If you have a large cut of pork (4+ lbs) its ok to leave it overnight, but not chicken thighs/breasts

mcdonalds cheeseburger and bag of pretzels because i cnat afford anything else

medium boiled eggs, cabbage, ginger tea.

You eat mouthfuls of parsley?

>Lol your side veg is...cilantro?
Point taken yea. I haven't gotten in the habit of regularly and efficiently eating broccoli yet but I know I should. Maybe I can get caulfliower or something similar to work.

also a fair point. I think it depends on the salinity. I tend to go with 10% per Ruhlman (10% salt, 90% water by weight) and go for a few hours

Cilantro. I fuckin' love cilantro

Just the usual, Nutella and Avocado toast, very tasty and nutritious post workout

I split the difference. Am making asian meatballs with some rice and a quick spinach. Just waiting on the rice to dry before I move on everything

Im doing omad but still confused on how to get 160g of protein in one meal, I feel like there wouldn’t be room for like macros.
I chug some whey after my meal but I wanna stop doing that cuz it fucks my gut too much.
Obviously u are not getting enough protein just by those pork chops.

Got any suggestions for a side veg? And further, a way of making it edible enough to eat every day without going insane? I really should be getting my micros in.

Blanched spinach. Takes less than 2 minutes to make (minus time to boil water) and can be dressed any way to suit a cuisine

>just thinking about cilantro is making me gag
Never had such an aversion to a garnish before but fuck just smelling cilantro is enough to kill my appetite

Or sauteed in butter. Just make sure to cut the leaves up if you're not using baby spinach
