what's the single hardest muscle to grow?

My dick :(

Calves. Find me proof of someone significantly growing their calves naturally. You can't.

That's not a muscle you incel.

Penis

That's not a muscle you incel.

forearms for me

Tongue

This desu. Its why I don't train my quads as much anymore. As much as I work them, my calves stay small so I end up look unproportional as hell. I'd rather have a large upper body and small legs than have a big body + legs on tiny calves

me and every other former or even current fatass
>lose 100lbs
>stuck with huge calves because former fatass

this

I used to live on a 9th floor, i went both up and down those stairs about twice a day, and i had calves and quads for days, super toned and hard, on par with my friends who used to play soccer (i didn't).
My leg muscles were very powerful, after all its 16 steps per floor, i'm 6'5 200 lbs back then, i remember when u first joined the gym i was struggling with my upper body but leg days were a breeze, on most machines i would just use as much weight as the machine would let me, and went through my excercises with no effort, fun times.

That's because people don't give a shit about their calves. If they spend as much times training calves as they do training biceps, pecs and quads, then they might grow.

benor

sphincter

Because if calves get too big, they become cows

Met someone a few weeks ago who was walking the Appalachian trail and was over half way up and stopping in my town for the night. I jokingly said his calves must be awesome, he pointed down and they looked like fucking grapefruits.

So your best bet is to apparently just keep walking.

This is me
Was skinny when i was young, was fatass for 10 years and basically had to walk everywhere
Now i just have big calves lol

Got me

This. I developed calves from climbing 50-100 floors a day as punishment during the fire academy lol.

I'm too lazy to post images so take my word or leave it. I started running barefoot, whenever you land, your weight gets put on the front of your foot and your calf muscles try to absorb the impact. You can try this sitting down, if you put your weight on your heel your calf muscles don't flex, but they do on the front of your foot. In shoes you usually land on the heel and your knees absorb the shock. I ran daily and in 3 months my calves became disproportionately thicc. Running is basically an hour long calf and lung workout.

So contrary to most people on here, my calves were the easiest part of my body to grow, not the hardest.

Anybody making any frontalis gains?

developed calves from doing lots of steep hill walks, russians, cc's, monkey swings, and six steps - especially the front part. Basically just learn the ground moves from chopak.

A heart

Calves

Do do a fuckton of bodyweight calf raises whenever possible like when you're brushing your teeth, cooking, or watching tv mine have swollen up because of this

Try working maintenance in a tall building. Gives you cannonball calves

The problem is sometimes i get called to play basketball randomly and sore calves effect performance dramatically.

based

this, all afghani curlbros at my gym *insert eu immigrant cuck phrase here* do fuckin calves all the time yet nobody has any gains whatsoever

Brain, lol

Anyone tried blood flow restriction training for calves?

Those muscles on your head, also how do you even work those out? And would it be worth to work out?

Attached: unnamed.jpg (384x384, 33K)

why would you even want to train them mate, i can move my occipital muscles and make my ears move but i have no idea how i got to being able to flex them

Why would you want to stay a head-lett and not have chad tier facial physique

Fascia surrounding the calves is the tightest/strongest in the body, which is why it's the most common muscle for compartment syndrome. Literally not enough room for significant calf growth.

big same
a pal told me the best way to grow forearms is to grip hard af when you're lifting

This isn't actually true. My brother and I both have similar height/build/proportions, but he has thicc calves whereas I have very slender ones. The difference is he runs a lot whereas I've always had the stance of "fuck that shit bro"

vote AfD, break the EU and get them out.
also, squeeze and hold at the top of each rep

this, and do both variations of hammer curls, the one where you go sideways across ur body really hammers them.

Tongue. I lick so much yoghurt and it’s still tiny and barely noticeable on her.

Traps
Anything I do it just can‘t fucking gain traps

Traps back and delts, and all other muscles are literally impossible to grow using conventional exercises. That's why I reccomend unconventional lifts like old times strongmen who were natural and really jacked out of their minds.

Liar I workout my tongue on ur mum’s pussy every night

you tryna do some hummingbirds, bro?

kek

i feel like lateral raises have been growing my delts

Dick muscule, height muscule, hair muscules and jaw muscules

literally just be short lmao. fucking lanklets

You can definitely grow them if you walk a lot. Which people have the biggest calves? It's always those that do a lot of cardio. Mine grew too after I started walking a lot instead of using the car.

I grinned like a fool reading this. Nice, user.

The height muscle

All these replies and still no proof.

You said it yourself
Calves are not meant to be as big as pic related, anything as big as that is not natty so two thirds of that would be natty limit, which doesn't look that big anyways. So don't stress about calves

I'm trying to work out the muscles that trigger goosebumps to look more intimidating but I've had no real success yet

They look like testicles

>that boomer with vibram five fingers and testicles on the back of his legs

the girlfriend

weighted eyebrow raises, weighted smiles, chin extensions and reading

>weighted smiles
I got that down already
