You might want to incorporate some traditional strength training (like what's outlined in the sticky) for your weight gain purposes. I'd say strength train on the days you aren't circuit training or before you do circuit stuff.
I'm sure you're familiar with tricks people use - especially on Jow Forums - to increase total overall calories. Olive oil is great for increasing calorie intake, along with nuts, nut butter, and heavy cream. Track your calories and try to eat just above 16x your bodyweight.
