Psoriasis is a common skin condition that speeds up the life cycle of skin cells. It causes cells to build up rapidly on the surface of the skin. The extra skin cells form scales and red patches that are itchy and sometimes painful. Psoriasis is a chronic disease that often comes and goes.

Fasting, no/low carbs, no alcohol, get sun and lotion that shit up. Try keto. Bodyfat % is usually linked to how bad mine is.

t. Had this since 16

I hope.

How do I know if arthritis appeared? Is it pain in finger joints?

Mom has it, one of her two brothers has it, her grandma had it. I'm 23 and pray not to get it as I'm already an ugly balding manlet and don't need psoriasis to have an even worse life (is it even possible?).
At least it's a good reason for me not to have children.

It’s a digestion issue, poor liver function. Almost certainly multiple potential causes.

TLDR: Buy bile salts and take them 2-3x a day until clear. Alldaychemist UDCA is easy to obtain, brand name Udiliv. TUDCA from a decent source would be the same I imagine.

At first I thought it was diet. However, the anecdotes found in various places on the internet have either little or no overlap re: the foods they allow and they don’t. See: animal product only diet (paleomedicina), alkalising diet (mostly veg), SCD, GAPS, AIP etc. There are people who have had success and others who have failed with nearly every one.
From here I looked to the Coimba protocol, and took it upon myself to experiment. 40K UI Vitamin D/day for 4 months with no sign of it slowing down.
One experiment I did was with Zantac an antacid (h2 antagonist). I noticed it clearing extremely quickly. It works by blocking stomach acid production. Bile neutralises stomach acid as it enters the small intestine with food. Keep in mind here the alkaline diet mentioned earlier – the goal of which is to lower the acidic environment. The meat only diet also works however, so it’s not the stomach acid itself.
A little earlier I had tried a soup I made from a forum – Beetroot, carrot, daikon radish, cabbage, and some garlic. It worked pretty well too. Take a look at eastern medicine suggestions for foods/herbs for psoriasis – Russian, Indian and Chinese. You will find the foods often overlap with foods recommended for liver function/bile flow, and the ingredients in this soup feature in many articles.
I had also been reading articles on Psoriasisdietplan that had mentioned bile flow and liver on various occasions. There is an overwhelming amount of information and theory on this site.

Finally - bile acid supplementation has shown remarkable efficacy in a few studies (one of the few things with legit backing).
See:
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/14643904
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17376209

I don’t know if it’s the answer, or the mechanism behind it – but bile acid supplementation has had some success – it’s certainly worth a shot. Possibly poor liver function has led to thickened bile or impaired bile production (plus any number of other problems). Most likely it’s genetic at many parts of the causal chain too.
If you’re still sceptical – buy a h2 antagonist/h2 blocker (e.g. Ranitidine) and give it a go for a few days. If you see improvement as quickly as I believe you will, buy some bile salts. You can most likely do the same by juicing or eating various foods over a prolonged period, but the salts is a direct line.

Damn, from what I gather from a quick Google image search you have it pretty mildly

Corn buskers lotion worked for me but I have to apply constantly during an outbreak. It’s cheap ($3) too and widely available in US (Walmart).

it goes away with /fasting/

How much of your body is affected and what kind of treatment have you tried so far?

all over in small does except my scalp which has large coverage. just coconut oil so far. Grew up watching how my dad handled having it and watching him not give too much of a fuck i think has rubbed off on me which is a positive i guess.

The scalp is a real bitch. I hope it isn't too itchy.
Do you use Cocois or just regular coconut oil?

Anybody got any experience with pure gum turpentine?
I herd it helps with psoriasis as it cleans guts of parasites and microorganisms...had mine since 16, arthritic psoriasis to be precise.

this too

I mean at least fucking try it, jesus. Everyone always wants some magic lotion or potion and it's so fucking gay and brainlet-tier

>develop chronic illness
>you can either try to fix what's causing it
>or pour some shit on top of it and try to "cure" the symptoms

but I guess paying Jews for their magic potions (which NEVER work) is the easier route

>feel tingle on the back of hand
