I unironically do right side minus the friday and ab stuff.
Yes Im a dyel beta faggot
Every chad I see at the gym is doing brosplits.
both are equally retarded. made by some IG infographic faggot, who knows broplits have fallen out of favour, so he basically makes a nu-brosplit
legs+shoulders, yeah sure.... fuck off
>science
couldn't be more reddit
thanks dad
that's not all they're doing
Well with traps like that the right side should say /fraud/
Theyre both shitty bro-splits
The right one is a push/pull/leg routine which works better than the good ol' brosplit.
This picture is fucking stupid. The left isn't a bro split it's an isolation routine cause you're working only one muscle. Bro split =/= no compounds. The right side is actually the bro split cause you're working different muscle groups with compound lifts. i.e. monday is chest and tris so you'll be doing lifts like bench, close grip bench, and dips cause they hit chest and tris. There is nothing wrong with brosplits. So many fucktards here thinking bro splits just mean doing a bunch of isolation exercises.
I do:
A: Chest Back Triceps
B: Biceps Shoulders Legs
ABxABxx
I go to the gym and lift
Absolutely retarded
monday: fucking everything
wednesday: fucking everything
friday: fucking everything
sunday: fucking everything
sleep the rest
why
Based
I'm for real
I'm open to suggestions
based
Any natty not doing a full body work out at least 3 times a week is wasting gains, there is literally no reason to not work all muscle groups every other day unless you are on steroids.
Serious suggestion here:
change to a PPLx2 a week.
I used to do similar to you and when I changed to PPL i noticed major strength gains and my workouts were way more fun. Plus you get the optimum amount of protein-synthesis as you work each muscle group twice a week and with your current program you only do once a week, so you waste 3-4 days a week just not training that muscle.
I do right except my shoulders are on chest tris day and my legs day has dxtra obliques and HIIT. Fast results
They both suck.
edit:
just realised you actually do this twice a week. But it is still not optimal
why does Jow Forums shit on PPL but every progress pic of a guy that did PPL they look great
cus /fit is full of brofags who chase the pump
Started going to the gym recently.
Haven't really gotten my routines in check but I'm currently doing something like this
>tue: deadlift, biceps, core, pull ups
>thu: legs + what I feel like
>sat: chest, shoulders, triceps, pull ups
I'm still just feeling how this works for me and am open for suggestions.
I don't really have time to do this twice a week because I train other sports too.
But my question is: would a full body workout be better on those days? Something similar to Arnold's golden six?
Mon + Fri: Chest + Back
Tue + Sat: Legs + Abs
Wed + Sun: Arms + Shoulders
Maximum Gains
image is pretty stupid. According to this logic PPL or full-body every other day would be even more "scientific" because each muscle group are trained more regularly
If you are only squatting once a week and your squat is < 2x bodyweight, you are a dipshit
Read the sticky
I have read it a few times. But I'm just asking about the general opinion here.
Do a full body beginner program instead of toying around with a bro split
Right is better but still shit compared to upper/lower or full body if natty.
Ok, thanks for the tip.
Anything works if you work every muscle consistently with the basic time tested movements + diet + sleep
Differences between programs occur at a level which is way above anything aethestic anyway
The rest is shilling or ideology or ignorance
Wow minus the arms day that's similar to my brosplit. I don't look that shitty though
so my schedule typically goes
monday: chest/triceps/quads
tuesday: back/biceps/hamstrings
wednesday: abs/cardio/calves
thursday: shoulders/arms
friday: legs
sat/sun: rest
amidoinitrite?
Too many sets to really go hard at anything.
As an extreme example, here's my abbreviated routine:
>ABxABxx, like yours
>A1: 8x3 Power Clean & Press, 3 sets of RDL with the same weight
>B1: 8x3 Front Squat, 3x8 weighted Chin Ups, 3 sets of Nordic Hamstring Rises
>A2: Max 1x3 weighted Dips, Max 1x3 Deadlift
>B2: Max 1x3 Front Squat, Max 1x5 weighted Chin Ups
and every time throw in
>2 sets of triceps
>3 sets of biceps
>3 sets of bent side rises
>1 set of abs
wow prepare to get trolled
monday/wednesday/friday: chest and biceps
tuesday/thursday: back and triceps
wednesday: legs
Every day: abs, pull ups, chin ups
I actually don't know what I'm doing
>shoulders on wednesday
>chest on monday
lol. two push days back to back. what a weak program. yeah yeah, if you're on gear I'm sure it works great. not for natties tho
I really think a lot of you need more rest days. I know you all love lifting but you learn to relax a little about everything. As long as you dont get lazy about it, you all will be fine.

Twins did brosplit vs SS to finally settle the score.
The results will shock you.
Avoids doing shoulders and chest in the same workout.
Doing OHP first can affect Bench and visa versa
its all genetics and roids u brainlet, stop trying to find the secret workout programme lmao
So there's basically no difference in SS done right and a brosplit
Me too.
Why are their feet backwards?
SS gets more legs, but the same upper body.
As if that's surprising.
