Dry fasting

fasting is not an acceptable answer

PSMF. I recommend you only do it if you live on your on and can keep your living area free of junk food

Eat only veggies with protein on the side. Eat at a minor caloric deficit. Do 10 minute bike rides followed by burnouts after each workout

eating at a slight deficit over an extended period of time, while training consistently and getting 10 hours sleep a night

and other answer is a meme

Reading the sticky

slight deficits are memes

literally only fasting

Roids + DNP, assuming you don't die.

fasting is not an acceptable answer

Jow Forums:
>you need to eat at least 1g/lb protein especially during a cut or you'll go catabolic and lose your gains
also Jow Forums:
>best way to lose weight is to go entire days without eating anything at all

Doesn't address the contradiction I get from Jow Forums ""advice""

I'm going to get through all of it when I get time, but just reading the end part. Is it suggesting eating maintenance calories + IF leads to weightloss, or you still need a slight deficit + IF for weightloss and that's a better alternative to extreme deficit?

yes

you still need a deficit while intermittent fasting. it's just easier, doesn't slow the metabolism, protects the muscle and increases insulin sensitivity. if you want to lose fat asap, long term fasting is still the best bet

Water fasting
Like dude just stop eating lmao
Take a weekend off, you won't die

Exercise more, shove food in your facehole less.

Literally only eat steak and eggs and drink only water. Eat as much as you want if these things, you won’t get fat or lose muscle

fasting is not an acceptable answer

You sound like a liberal.
>hey guys answer this practically rhetorical question but not with the REAL answer, just tell me what I WANT to hear

fasting + HIIT training

>anyone know what 4 + 4 is?

>and I swear to god if any of you motherfuckers say 8 I'll shove an entire alligator up your ass

question for others, is it better to have long bulk/ cut cycles or it would be possible to fast one day a week while bulking? I have Greyskull AxBxCxx training so I was thinking about having fast for whole last day to cut excessive fat that I gain by bulking

What are your opinions?

>Jow Forums is one person

>mfw my diet when cutting is OMAD at night with that one meal being a pound of New York strip steak rubbed with pepper and olive oil, three scrambled eggs and three pieces of bacon with a bit of whole milk in the eggs, plus a bunch of spinach/greens on the side for fiber
Calories under 2000 and you feel like a fucking champ in the process. It’s too good
