Hijacking thread: what's a good program while cutting? It's not practical to keep going with my usual program that relies on excess calories to pack on weight. I'm beginning to really struggle with my sets just because I've added so much cardio. And I'm not willing to sacrifice cardio. I did ppl for a while, i made gains. I got really bored of it though. Right now I do full-body barbell strength training with some accessories 4x a week and I enjoy that a lot more, I also think my gains have improved because of it.

cut for a few months eating like 1700 calories and high protein. once I started bulking though I sorta neglected my protein and just ate around ~2700 calories. Doubt I ate more than 70g protein a day
