Weak lower back and you'll never look as big as a barge

It's just a useful exercise that hits most muscle groups.
The downside is you'll have to do more exercises and thus waste more time.
But much lower chance of fucking up your back.
Or, you know, you can just not be a pussy and do the fucking deadlifts.

Deadlifts are good for you lower back and forearms. Deadlifts practically help in any other lift.

140kg squat
165kg deadlift
95kg bp
65kg OHP

I do deadlifts, pullups, and pendlays. I'm not even 1/2/3/4 yet.

Deadlifting is great for your core. But I'd recommend not doing deadlifts and squats unless light in the same day.
