LEGS HELP

I'm tired of looking at pictures of myself or in the mirror and seeing underdeveloped legs.

Tell me everything that I need to know about getting THICK LEGS.

I already know
>1) eat more faggot
and
>2) squats, faggot

What kind of volume should I be aiming for?
Heavy reps or light weight to build thicker legs?

What are the essential exercises for a well-rounded leg routine?

I just want to be able to wear shorts and not feel like killing myself ;-;

I'm going to do my first serious bulk. I am at 150 lbs and I want to get as close to 200 by the end of the school year, then cut down to a lean weight. (5'11" btw)

I'm reaching out for you guys to help guide me. I'll do my own research as well, but it would be great to hear from people who have maybe been in my shoes.

As a guy who was in your exact position years ago, let me just tell you - don't do that. Clean bulk slowly. It is not worth getting fat even briefly. Repeat: DO NOT LOSE SIGHT OF YOUR ABS. Thank me later.

reroll

I'm not scared of losing sight of my abs for 6 months. I've had abs for the past 5 years. I'm tired of being the wiry, muscular skinny guy. I want to be thicc :(

This guy is right OP, please listen to him.

As a fellow wirebro let me tell you: when you lose your abs it’s not just a visual loss, energetically you are becoming fat and will be prone to foggy thinking, low energy, low test, fat organs and other things that aren’t worth it. If you wanna be THICC, you’ll get there slowly. Take creatine and eat tons of carbs and you will be thicker instantly

Ok, I won't go crazy with bulking.

Anyway, what's some good advice for legs?

Bump

lunges and calf rauses

>SQUATS
>AND
>OATS

if your quads are shit, adding in additional volume in the form of leg press, machine hack squat, or hip belt squat can be very helpful

Any good hamstring moved aside from hamstring curls? I'm super quad dominant an hamstrings are lagging

Go skateboarding often and never skip leg day.

RDL, glute bridge, back hyper extensions

Also, for general leg growth, hit the leg press and go until failure. You'll surprise yourself with the amount of reps u can do after you think you're exhausted. I am lanklet, barely 1/2/3/4, and leg press 8pl, 3x18.15 to 20 rep range = meaty quads

Biking

my legs grew pretty easily with SS and all I did for them was squats 3x week and diddlys 1/2x week

>Essential exercises for well-rounded legs
FUCKING
SQUATS

SQUAT TO FUCKING DEPTH
HOLY SHIT

I had an oddball roommate in college once who showed me this picture and told me it was his dad.

What are the chances that was true?

Yep, commuting by bike gave me nice legs. Also I do kettlebell all day everyday, so that helps.

Do 531 BBB for legs

Squat until you can’t squat anymore. Keep each set under 8 reps.

you don't only squat faggot

besides squats add some secondary movements like lunges (for better overall all heads quad development) or whatever you prefer then you do leg curls. The thing is that Romanian deadlift mainly activates the inner hamstring so leg curl is superior in terms of overall activation. For your pooper hip thrusts are the best bet but deep squats and lunges train your glutes but still have an inferior activation compared to thrusts

I squated 140 kg x10 and still had underdeveloped legs. So i switched to 45° legpress, usually 3 worksets with 15 reps, full rom ofc. Last set is 70% from worksets x30-40
Did this for 6 months. Legs are pretty big now.

It's upper body day every day.
