this isn't a serious thread but i'll give a serious answer
if you intend mass as your primary goal then yes moderate weight with high but not endurance level rep ranges (8-12) is ideal for mass. There are advanced approaches doing something like 8x8@60% of your 1RM of a powerlifting movement with only 30 seconds between to allow you to go up in weight for the normal 8-12 sets.
if you intend to stay at your current weight but gain more muscle density for sports and lose fat then you should do powerlifting combined with a mix of 10-12 rep compound accessories and 15-20 rep compound accessories. if you plateau on progression you will need to add in a period of time of mass gaining workouts and go up in weight.
