I can't help but feel tiny. My quads used to bulge, and t-shirts used to be form fitting, but not anymore. I have this weird body where I have big shoulders, lats, traps, and obliques. But everything else looks small. I am in amazing cardio shape, so at least there's a silver lining.

I always felt small, but today, I felt even smaller. I helped my younger brother move into his apartment for college. He asked if I could buy him some alcohol, so I did. A few of his friends came over to party, but I was getting fucking mogged by 18 year old freshmen. What the fuck is that? I've tried lifting and training, but I am exhausted. No amount of sleep mattered. I tried training for 3 days and lifting for 2, got 9+ hours of sleep, still fatigued.

It's not the height that bothers me. I've come to accept it. It's the width and size of muscles that bothers me. In clothes, I look like I don't lift at all.

its all genetics man, I have small frame 5'9 tall and I managed to go to a much higher weight training but then I realized that I was just getting fatter at one point and that my genetics have doomed me to forever be at 70kg If I want to look good lmao, need roids for that extra 10 in muscle

I ate a lot. Supplemented with protein shakes before workouts and sleep too. Maybe my body wasn't used to it, but I felt slow when training. It might be all in my head, but my strikes felt heavy and reflexes weren't as good.

I have a small frame as well. To give you an idea, there is an upcoming amateur fight in a few months. If I were to compete in that, my coach would want me to cut to 135 lbs. That's skeleton mode. It doesn't matter if I could destroy your average gym bro since you aren't going to go around fighting people. It sucks because you have guys who think they can take you and push boundaries.
