I do them on shoulder day, so just 4 times a week.
I would do facepulls, but I use a homegym. Best I can do is use some shitty resistance bands to do band pull-aparts.

Their called variations for a reason dipshits. It's simple: write your own damn program that has compound lifts and maybe one or two accessory lift per muscle group.
