There is something wrong with me maybe, I don't fucking know, but don't fucking tell me I am retarded or don't know my own fucking life/body.

I am telling you right fucking now, anytime I do any kind of cardio (walking/running/sprinting) anything thats cardiovascular, I end up having insatiable hunger levels for 24-48 hours.

This DOES NOT HAPPEN when I lift, it ONLY happens when I do some form of cardiovascular activity.


Whether or not this is normal I dont fucking care, its just how my body works.


Now - to get lean, the whole point is to be able to stick to your calories long enough to lose bodyfat until you're lean, now sticking to my calories with cardio is fucking impossible for me, I dont fucking know why, I explained it, its just how my body works.

I can lose bodyfat very easily, without that crazy hunger or brain sending me messages to eat when I don't do any form of cardiovascular activity.

So yeah, fuck off and stop telling me I am wrong, as if you're the one experiencing my body, you know it all fucks

Usually when I post this shit, people just say "HURRR DURRR CARDIO BURN CALORIES THEREFORE IT CANT MAKE YOU FATTER" completely ignoring the statement I make about how it makes my hunger levels skyrocket which means I end up eating fuck loads of calories, easily negating any of the calories burned from the cardio.

cardio is just a fast way to rid yourself of all sugar reserves (in muscles and kidneys where it is stored after having food). once you are out of sugar, you are tempted to get it back and the fastest way is through bad carbs which give you a sugar high (the reserves are refilled).
if you do cardio, do it while having fatty, satiated foods and you will run on feeling full for longer. Or just eat some cheese or avocado instead of shitty, fast-burning stuff and you'll be just fine.
