Fatigue

You lads have any advice on dealing with fatigue?

Since I started working full time I have almost no energy to lift, or read, or basically anything good for myself after or before work. Over the past year or so I've gained 15-20lbs, and I'm feeling like the last year has just slipped away on me.

Will take any and all suggestions

Caffeine

coffee faggot

Caffeine, B Vitamins, and red meat.

I drink coffee and also take supplements like l-theanine and fishoils and a multivitamin already. But at the end of the day I'm always wiped. I have no idea how people can stay up all day long and have the mental and physical energy to do personal things

Started working last week
>fatigued
>can't sleep
>everything is painfully sore after working out, but for days
>barely eat anything and yet bloated all the time due to cortisol levels high probably

How can we work and be fit
I drink over a gallon of water and I still feel dry all the time
Can't remember sleeping more than 4 hours since last week
>12 cups of coffee, more vitamins, zinc etc
all not working
Just wanna be rich and fit but I'm gaining minimum wage and earning zero progress strength going down too

All in a week

Change your diet up, eliminate the hidden simple sugars.. change the macros up.

have more sex

Take ashwagandha for ur cortisol levels. And my god stop drinking 12 cups of coffee a day that shit will fuxk u up

Amphetamines

I think my sex life is average/above average in quantity (gf). But I've also stopped porn/fap a month or so ago and my energy levels haven't increased from that either.

I have tried that and they made me feel horrible.

Good luck man. I think for you the lack of sleep is a major factor. Whereas for me I get enough sleep. Why aren't you getting a full 6-8 hours?

I've been thinking of switching to a med-type diet since I am part med. My doc told me to eat what my ancestors ate.. so pasta and potatoes?

>Why aren't you getting a full 6-8 hours?
I wake up at 6, 6.30, be at work 8, leave at 5.30. Reach home around 6 30. I walk back home because I'm poor. I force feed myself even though i had the hugest appetite before. I try to sleep but end up awake at 9 and i go to the gym at 10. 10 till 12 workout. I eat more to fit my caloric intake after working out and end up bloated. I take a quick shower and head to bed but sleep at around 2-3,that's when the bloating stops.
A good fix would be to gym earlier but I'd be more drained after coming home because walking. And my friends go at around 10 too so it's more fun. I haven't met my friends outside gym since i started this minimum wage thing beside last weekend. I feel unfocused all the time. Coffee is useless now. Even though i smoke less now because no time, my throat is always dry and hurts.
My boss said if i want to earn more than minimum wage I should show energy and passion and get more money into the company, which made me feel more drained. Sorry i ranted but I haven't talked to anyone about it because I'm lucky i found this job while they're still searching. I want to get some energy back so i ask this girl out too, I know she's gona say yes but i want to be mentally awake when we go out

You take naps and wake up at 9 at the evening? You should sleep at nights

I usually come home from work and take a 60 to 90 minute nap and then go work out.

Don’t eat pasta if you’re already fatigued during the day. Supplement iodine with all the accompanying vitamins and eat healthy with plenty of protein and fats

go to bed after work and wake up at 3am. save your best hours for yourself in morning glory. after work you should chill.

>stop eating anything with seed oils (canola, basedbean, corn, etc) in it. Seriously, make this priority #1, there's emerging research putting them at the center of metabolic syndrome.
>make sure you get to sleep and wake up consistently at the same time, you must keep this a control to experiment properly
>do you get "hangry" if you don't eat often? Maybe dial down your carbohydrate intake
>choline. This was my missing link. Start eating liver or eat 3-6 eggs per day (preferably with runny yolk), note any changes

Hope this helps, I've struggled with chronic fatigue since puberty.

I can do that but i wouldn't be able to workout because small house and gym closes at 12 am

I try to but i can't fall asleep quickly during the day. It seems like a good option for me till i sort this out.

Overall I think I'll eat when i get home and head to the gym after 2 hours so around 8.30 and do supersets to finish in an hour then shower and try sleeping at 10 so I can fall asleep comfortably at 12 and get my 6 hrs.

Creatine, Iodine, or sleep are the best ways. Caffeine works but isn't as permanent a solution as your tolerance increases.

try doing 1x5
work on your sleep, it's the most important thing for recovery
quit the excessive caffeine, you're just postponing withdrawal at this point
be more relaxed regarding your goals, don't hate your present so much

t. on the same boat

can't you afford a used bike or something?
