Im have trouble making any progress. Ive done intermittent fasting and I lift weights, but I only have a barbell. I dont have a power rack or a bench but I can do bicep curls and deadlifts. My back is slightly curved too and my legs are so thin compared to my gut. I dont eat like shit but I new help with a program. Where can I improve?

Here's what I would do. Lose like 10lbs, then start bulking up. Eat just meats and veggies for your meals, and eat 200-500 under or at maintenance. you gotta find more than just deadlifts and curls. I assume you have plates and not just the bar. You can do these:
>floor press
>OHP
>rows
>shrugs
Do HIIT once a week to shred up a bit faster, jump roping and as mentioned swimming.

Alternatively, you could try rigging something up yourself. I bet you could rig up a squat stand at least, though I doubt it would save you much money over a low-end rack.

Forget about building muscle, you first should look into cutting off that excess body fat. Assuming your goal is to look good, then cutting out body fat should be your first step. Sprinting programs are one of the best ways to lose fat.

Been lifting for almost a year and riding a bike for cardio. Lost 30 lbs easily and now am stuck with 25 more pounds to go. Started counting calories this week and didn't realize how shitty my diet was. I expect to start seeing gains again as I chose a high protein diet to follow. FYI, mountain biking is a great way to get out and burn calories with very little impact on the knees.
Cycling is a lot of fun and pretty easy to just zone out and go for a while and listen to music or think and the next time you look at your phone 3 hours passed
